Time flew by, and several days had passed.
Under the evening sky of Sea City port, the rolling waves churned, splashing against the towering steel piles lined up in rows, with the slightly moist sea breeze gently blowing, creating a cacophony of bustling activity on the docks.
Dock tugs pulled containers off the arriving ships, while a few empty container stackers rattled noisily, stacking the containers one by one. The massive gantry cranes hoisted the cargo-filled containers onto the main decks of the freighters. Everything was working smoothly and in an organized manner, as if nothing were out of the ordinary.
Starlight dotted the sky, casting shadowy figures that darted and scrambled in disarray. Using the containers for cover, they leapt and moved stealthily, like shooting stars streaking across the sky, the trails of their shadows fleeting and soon impossible to track.
The leader, a woman, suddenly turned back and waved at her followers—it was Frosty Summer.
