"Achoo!"
Yves King, who was picking up Maeve from school, was puzzled when he couldn't help but sneeze a few times while whiling away the time talking to some attractive mothers. He wondered who was bad-mouthing him behind his back?
Poor Yves King, he didn't know that his beloved Miss Mary had actually given him away to Faye Owen.
"Mr. King, are you here to pick up Maeve from school again?" Teachers Stevens appeared in front of Yves King. She wasn't necessarily beautiful, but she had a clean demeanor.
"Ha... there's no other choice since her mother is exceptionally busy and final exams are approaching. I need to make sure Maeve is ready for them." Yves King said beaming, "As her godfather, I am the idle one, so the task of picking her up from school always falls onto me."
That being said, Yves King actually took pleasure in it, not solely because Maeve was adorably cute. He felt these predictable days brought him closer to life, cleansing his dark, negative energy.
