Upon seeing Wendy Quay behind him, Yves King's body suddenly stiffened, and his muscles tensed instantly.
In Wendy's soft and clear eyes, shock and disbelief filled. Her face turned pale instantly, without a touch of color. Holding teaching plans and books in her arms, her delicate body could not stop trembling.
The shock beyond her imagination emptied her mind instantly. She just stood there, unable to blink, staring at Yves King's familiar yet unfamiliar face.
Following his gaze, she saw a long-haired woman standing not far away, dully looking at them both.
"Clatter!" Wendy was vaguely awake, and the teaching materials and books in her arms fell to the ground. Seeing Yves King's appearance, she subconsciously, unwillingly backed away two steps. Her face white, head down, she slowly retreated.
