Almost at the same time, the brothers that Bennett Hoffman had called were captured one after the other, including the two lookouts. There were eight of them in total, all carefully recruited and trained by Hoffman himself.
All eight were disarmed and tied up within a short time. Two of them even received a good beating for not cooperating. As the leader, Hoffman was given special treatment, his face battered until he was barely recognizable.
