The surveillance room wasn't far, and they soon reached the door.
Greizer looked over his shoulder and told Basil Jaak: "You guys wait here!"
Hearing Greizer's words, Zuno turned to look at Basil Jaak, waiting for him to make the decision.
Basil Jaak gave a faint smile, silently watching Greizer. However, his gaze provoked a sense of unease in Greizer, as if Basil had the whole situation in his hands and he was merely a pawn in his game.
Greizer was forced to explain: "Though I'm in charge of the surveillance, I don't directly monitor it. If I rashly take you guys in, and then order them to turn off the surveillance, it will undoubtedly arouse their suspicion."
Basil Jaak laughed: "Mr. Greizer, you're so thoughtful. I admire that! However, as the old adage goes - Eight Immortals cross the sea, each showing their divine powers. Just take us in. We have our ways."
