When Xenia came out of the bathroom, she saw Basil Jaak was still drinking water. Feeling thirsty herself, she called out to him, "Get me a glass of water too, I'm thirsty now."
Basil Jaak asked, "Where's your glass?"
"Oh." Xenia paused, embarrassed, "I didn't bring one with me."
"Use mine?" Basil Jaak asked.
Xenia nodded gently, "Mm."
Basil Jaak drained his glass, washed it in the kitchen, then bowed to fill it from the water dispenser. He turned and handed the glass to Xenia.
Embarrassed, Xenia smiled at Basil Jaak, "Actually, you don't need to bother so much. I'm not a germaphobe."
Basil Jaak just smiled back without saying anything.
Maybe sensing the slightly strange atmosphere, a flush gradually tinged Xenia's cheeks. She took the glass of water that Basil Jaak handed her and quickly headed towards her bedroom.
