"They always think of a solution after the fact." Basil Jaak muttered unhappily upon seeing the manager approaching.
"Welcome sir, I'm the service manager of Comfort Hot Pot City. This is my business card. We are grateful for your patronage." The manager handed his business card to Jaak with both hands.
Fish? Basil Jaak glanced at the name on the card, then back at the manager. He really looked like his name suggests, a bit fishy.
"I'm Mr. Jaak. You need something from me?" Jaak asked coolly.
"Mr. Jaak, our team noticed a conflict that happened at the entrance. It happened because you..." Fish began.
His words were abruptly cut off by Jaak. "Manager Fish, I have no clue what you're talking about."
"Mr. Jaak, I apologize for not being clear earlier." Fish pushed his glasses up the bridge of his nose, and went on with a milder tone, "Mr. Jaak, may I ask what has happened? One of our staff saw you engaged in physical contact with another customer."
