The referee walked over and said to Jessica Flack's team, "We will provide you with a mock building, then send over a bunch of people to play the role of the employers with complaints. Your job is to pacify the employers and resolve the situation as soon as possible."
After a pause, the referee added, "During the conflict, the employers may become very agitated. They might get physically aggressive, but you, as the security of a company, absolutely cannot fight back. Understood?"
On hearing the referee's explanation, Basil Jaak scoffed, "So if they start hitting us, we must endure it in silence?"
The referee evaded Basil Jaak's sharp gaze and said, "You can handle it flexibly!"
"What do you mean by 'flexibly'?" Basil Jaak coldly asked.
The referee retorted angrily, "Am I competing, or are you? The rule is that you can never lay a finger on the employers under any circumstance. Otherwise, you get zero points. Hmph!"
