Following Debby Sutton's guidance, Basil Jaak drove the car into her uncle's residential community parking lot, grinning as he switched off the engine: "I should have let you take the wheel from the start, we would have gotten here a lot quicker."
Debby Sutton rolled her eyes at him, squinting playfully as she retorted, "So you don't feel sorry for your girlfriend at all? Your girlfriend's downstairs are all swollen from you."
At that, Basil Jaak almost burst into laughter!
It was quite something to hear a beautiful woman curse.
Basil Jaak opened the trunk and took out a towel and a bottle of wine from behind the car. He didn't think much of Debby Sutton's uncle, but it wouldn't be appropritate to arrive for a meal without a gift, so this would at least be a decent gesture.
