Byron gave a look at Zara Woods, and then at Basil Jaak. Although he felt that the expression on Zara's face was a bit strange, he didn't have time to think about it as he was pulled away by Basil.
"Byron, have you thought about what I asked you to consider?" Basil asked while sitting on a chair.
As he sat facing Basil, Byron embarrassedly said, "I... I do have some thoughts, but... they might not be very effective. I'm afraid you'd laugh at me if I said them out loud."
"Hey, having thoughts is good! Why would I laugh at you? Quickly, tell me about it. Perhaps if it's successful, we might become filthy rich overnight," Basil playfully said.
Zara held back a smile and poured Basil a cup of tea.
"Thanks! Next time there's a mouse, you don't have to scream so loudly, just give me a call," Basil took the cup of tea and teased Zara, causing her to blush and glare playfully.
Byron, unaware of Zara's predicament, earnestly shared his ideas with Basil.
