The two policemen who were about to confront Zhang Xian paused in their tracks, their faces filled with disbelief, when they saw the fat woman suddenly flung backward.
They hadn't had their eyes on Zhang Xian the whole time, so he could not have moved. But, why did the fat lady get flung? What happened?
"Ah…"
The fat lady got up from the ground and shouted angrily, "Who hit me?"
"Not me,"
Zhang Xian casually said, his legs crossed, "I'm handcuffed, how could I possibly hit you?"
The fat lady looked at Zhang Xian and did not suspect him further.
The guy was handcuffed to the chair, there was no way he could have hit her. If it wasn't Zhang Xian, then who could it be? One of these two policemen?
Suddenly, she turned her head to the two policemen and exclaimed angrily, "Did you hit me?"
"Um…"
The two policemen were startled and shook their heads quickly, "We were just about to confront Zhang Xian, how could we hit you? Moreover, we don't seem to have that much strength."
