Jiang Xiaonan had already thrown up once, her stomach had nothing left.
She had vomited to the point of near collapse. She firmly gripped the washbasin to avoid falling over.
Gu Moyang walked in and found her face turned so pale that it was paper-like, drained of all color.
"Xiao Nan, are you okay?"
Gu Moyang tried to pat her on the back, but Xiao Nan flinched away before his hand could touch her.
Jiang Xiaonan washed her face with water, took a deep breath, and finally managed to suppress the feelings of nausea.
"Xiao Nan, maybe I should go check if the rice porridge is ready, you should have some first."
Perhaps it was because the noodles she had just eaten didn't have ginger that they tasted fishy.
