Ye Lu felt a chill in her body, her blood nearly freezing, as she glared viciously at Jun Shi.
Then she turned her head away coldly.
"Do you think I'd believe what you say? I don't know how you found out about what happened seven years ago, but I will not believe you."
She walked away indifferently.
"Ha-ha, I knew you wouldn't believe me, and I didn't expect you to. But surely you can't disbelieve them either."
Jun Shi snorted with pride and tossed a mobile phone into her hand.
Ye Lu was taken aback as she looked from Jun Shi to the screen, where she saw a recording displayed. Her heart skipped a beat, suddenly feeling suffocated, afraid yet desperate to listen, but she did not have the courage to press play.
For some inexplicable fear, an unclear premonition.
A premonition that this recording would bring her fatal harm.
She looked down at her hands, her fingers trembling violently.
