When she returned from her evening classes, Third Young Master Jun was unusually not clinging to her.
She had just fallen asleep when she heard the propeller sound of a helicopter from the garden outside, roaring loudly. She was puzzled, wondering why there would be the sound of an aircraft.
Then she felt a cold hand on her cheek.
Startled, she opened her eyes and saw Third Young Master Jun sitting by the bed in the dim light, looking down at her.
"What are you doing?"
"Nothing. I need to dash off to Europe tonight to say goodbye. I didn't mean to wake you," Third Young Master Jun's voice was low and husky, carrying a dreamlike quality in the dark of the night.
