Ye Lu lay down, but saw Third Young Master Jun standing at the window in the night, his body upright, face shadowed as he gazed out at the night view.
"I'm fine now, you can leave," she spoke up firmly.
Third Young Master Jun withdrew his gaze from the night, turning around and leaning against the window. His posture was graceful, but his face was full of sarcasm, "Is this how you treat your savior? Not even a word of thanks."
Ye Lu's body stiffened, fingers gripping tightly the corner of the blanket, as she coldly looked up at him.
"Why should I thank you?"
"If it wasn't for me, could you be peacefully lying here?"
"Yeah, if it wasn't for you, Third Young Master Jun, I wouldn't need to be lying here."
Ye Lu's voice brimmed with anger and sarcasm, her eyes harshly staring at the man who showed no signs of remorse.
