The day of the burial, the sky remained overcast, a dull grey that threatened rain, yet it never came.
The black limousine drove on the road.
Liansu drove, while Mo Shiche and Luo Qiangwei sat in the back.
Luo Qiangwei was dressed in a dark black maternity gown, holding the urn, her face turned to look out the window, pale and expressionless.
The limousine stopped outside the cemetery.
Mo Shiche quickly got out of the car and walked to the other side to open the door, helping the young pregnant woman out of the car.
Luo Qiangwei steadied herself and said to Liansu, "Wait for me outside, Mr. Muo and I will go in."
Liansu met her gaze and a few seconds later lowered his head, "Okay, Miss Luo."
Luo Qiangwei turned and walked into the cemetery after speaking.
Mo Shiche originally followed behind her, but soon caught up, placing his hand on her back, his palm pressing against her waist as he said in a low voice, "Be careful with the child."
