In Tong Xiaohua's eyes, Yan Bo was draped in yet another layer of mystery.
And though Yan Bo really wanted to spend more time with Tong Xiaohua, when he checked the time, it was already late.
To maintain a good image in front of his future parents-in-law, he had to leave.
"It's late, we should all go to sleep now, we have to get up early tomorrow."
Yan Bo put his hand behind her head, leaned down, and pecked her gently on the lips.
After kissing her, he stood up very gentlemanly.
Tong Xiaohua hummed in affirmation and stood up too, escorting him to the door.
"That's all right, you don't need to walk me there," Yan Bo said at the door as he touched Tong Xiaohua's face, signaling her to go back to her room.
Tong Xiaohua stood still, watching him walk a few steps away before she thought of something and called out to him.
"Are you planning to run early in the morning? Do you want company?"
