Yan Bo and the old Madame Yan left the house early the next day. When the baby boy woke up and couldn't find anybody around, he thought his grandparents had gone on a long journey. It wasn't until he saw the grandiose message left under his small cup by Yan Bo that he believed his grandparents had gone to play golf with friends.
Mr. and Mrs. Yan Bo, without prior notice, went straight to the dean's office upon arrival at the welfare institute.
The dean was very surprised to see them, "Mr. Yan, Madame Yan, weren't you abroad?"
"Um, we had to come back due to some emergencies."
Yan Bo responded casually, sat down with his wife. After the dean personally brought them tea and they took a sip, they asked.
"Dean, we're here to inquire about a child's situation."
The dean was even more astonished, "Huh, your grandson and daughter-in-law are back, right?"
It seemed that the dean had misunderstood, thinking that the couple came here intending to adopt a child.
