After ending the call, Gu Chen looked at the still-sleeping Shen Xian with a worried and guilty heart, an indescribable sense of guilt rising up inside him.

Gu Chen still carried Shen Xian out of the car.
"Where are we going, who, who is touching me!" Shen Xian, in a daze, felt someone lifting her into the air, her hands incessantly hitting the person holding her, her voice muffled and shouting unclearly.

"Home? We're home?" Shen Xian opened her eyes in a daze, the newly turned-on lights were glaring, forcing her to shield her eyes with her arm, sparing Gu Chen from her continued slaps.
