The butler knew very well that the old master Jiang wasn't looking for a solution, but for affirmation of his behavior.
To keep his job, the butler had to succumb to Master Jiang's will.
"Master, there's no need for you to worry too much. The second young master is probably just being stubborn at the moment. When he realizes your sincere concerns for him, he will surely listen to you," said the butler reassuringly.
Master Jiang's eyes lit up, and he asked, "When do you think Jiang She will understand my concern for him?"
Embarrassed, the butler wondered how he could possibly know.
"Master, you're putting me in a difficult position. How could a lowly servant like me understand the thoughts of a young master?" the butler responded gently.
Master Jiang sighed and waved his hand dismissively.
The butler took the hint and left the room.

Jiang She exited the Jiang Family's old mansion. He paused, looked back, and felt a familiar sense of not wanting to return.
