Without hesitation, Wen Zhiyao got into the car. Huang Jun started the engine and drove away.
Jiang Jingyan chased after them but only saw the back of the car as it drove away.

Wang Yanran had been watching the entire scene unfold. When she saw Wen Zhiyao had left, she proactively approached Jiang Jingyan.
"CEO Jiang, do you have any plans for tonight?"
"Drinks," Jiang Jingyan replied, his chest feeling tight. He wanted to find a bar to drown his sorrows.
Seeing an opportunity, Wang Yanran approached him, "What a coincidence, I planned to have a few drinks tonight too. How about we go together?"
Jiang Jingyan ignored her. His driver already had the car ready. Soon after Jiang Jingyan got in, Wang Yanran opened the car door without invitation and got in too.
