"You've already had your punishment. Tomorrow, I'm going to go out for a stroll. If you don't agree, I'll ignore you for three days." Wen Zhiyao launched her killer tactic.
Jiang She didn't really want to upset Wen Zhiyao, so he let the matter slide for now.
"Fine, I'll accompany you. It's truly inappropriate that we've been in S City all the time only to spend it in the hotel, it would be odd if word gets out." Jiang She hinted.
He was subtly reminding Wen Zhiyao.
Wen Zhiyao glared at him and didn't continue the conversation, she was hungry, so she sat down at the dining table to eat.
Jiang She gave her a bowl of rice, Wen Zhiyao finished it in no time. Jiang She teased, "Did you eat so much to replenish your energy for tonight's retaliation?"
Wen Zhiyao almost choked on a sip of soup.
She grabbed a napkin from nearby, threw it at Jiang She, and demanded, "Can you eat properly?"
"Certainly, absolutely."
That night, both of them spent quiet.
