"At least I am now certain that my outcome is better than yours." Lin Shu tilted her head back to glance at her, and said nonchalantly.
Her voice was faint, the words she uttered, she didn't care whether Su Wenjing could hear them or not.
But Su Wenjing had heard it, she was cursing and shouting at the top of her lungs, but Lin Shu paid no mind, she simply slammed the door shut.
She walked out the gate, with Fang Zhi stretching his head out of the car.
"Are you okay?" Fang Zhi asked, concerned.
Lin Shu shook her head, squeezing out a small smile on her face.
Seeing her forced smile, Fang Zhi knew something serious must have happened inside, but now was neither the place nor the time to talk about it.
"Let's not go back home for now; let's find a place to eat first." Fang Zhi suggested, "I'm hungry anyway."
Lin Shu nodded, quickly agreeing to his suggestion.
The two found a Chinese restaurant; the restaurant was really busy, a hum of noise filled the air during meal times.
