Lin Shu was really fed up. She couldn't hold back any longer and dialed Fang Zhi's number for a confrontation.
"Fang Zhi, why are you still not home at this hour?" Lin Shu asked.
Although Fang Zhi quickly picked up the phone, his tone wasn't kind. "Honey, I'm still busy. Might be working overtime again. Was up late into the night yesterday, had to take a nap at the office. It looks like I'll have to keep at it today."
"Who do you think spent the night last night, up watching over your 'little sister' at her bedside?" snapped by an irritated Lin Shu.
"Little sister?" Fang Zhi's patience was evidently wearing thin. "Su Wenjing is nothing more than another acquaintance of mine. I'm an only child, where did the little sister come from?"
"Really? She's just an acquaintance from childhood? Not your beloved younger sister?" Lin Shu nearly raised her voice.
"What's going on, my dear wife? Visiting the Su's upset you so much?" Fang Zhi asked.
