"Okay." Fang Zhi agrees readily.
Without hesitation or pause, he didn't even ask her why.
"Why did you agree so quickly?"
Fang Zhi's swift agreement left Lin Shu's prepared speech useless.
"As long as it's your request, I'll agree." Fang Zhi pushed up his gold-rimmed glasses, his face expressionless, but his words were enough to completely drown someone.
Lin Shu's face turned slightly red.
"Don't you think I'm unfilial?" she asked.
Fang Zhi shook his head.
"Such relatives, such parents, it's better without them." Thinking of Lin's father and Liu Lili's actions, Fang Zhi sneered.
"If it weren't for my identity, I'd probably advise you to cut ties with them the first time I saw them."
At least in this world, there aren't many cases of such outrageous parents. The dirtiest language and spiteful defamation were all targeted at their own daughter. They must have brains filled with dirt and grime, shaken up into a filthy mess.
