Even though Shen Lan would have liked Cheng Yanqing to accompany her for a meal, she understood his busyness and accepted it.
She then addressed Cheng Yanqing saying, "In that case, I'll go and eat alone."
"It's not safe to eat alone," Cheng Yanqing said, suddenly remembering something. "Wait a second, Anna's back. I'll set up a meeting for the two of you. She can go with you."
Shen Lan had never met Anna but had seen photos of her and knew she was quite a beauty. "Where is Anna?" she asked, frowning a little.
"Anna's at home right now," Cheng Yanqing explained, unable to help himself from laughing. "She just arrived last night. I'll give you the address. You go find her."
He then reached into his bag and took out a business card with Anna's name, telephone number, photo, and address.
Shen Lan took the card, stood at the door, and waved at Cheng Yanqing. "I'll get going then."
"Take your time, I'll bring back some delicious barbeque for you," He replied.
