Upon seeing Shen Lan, who seemed like a cornered rabbit, the raggedy man flashed a sleazy smile.
The greedy gaze of the man unabashedly scanned up and down Shen Lan's body, making her feel physically sickened and disgusted.
"I'm warning you, this is illegal!"
"If I report you to the police, you will be in jail!"
Shen Lan retorted angrily, her mind quickly calculating how to escape.
But the raggedy man just laughed abruptly. "What are you talking about, gorgeous? I didn't do anything!"
"Don't be so tense, I just wanted to invite you over to my place."
As he spoke, he started to move swiftly towards Shen Lan.
Seizing the opportunity, Shen Lan aimed a kick straight to the man's chest. When he winced in pain, she swiftly sidestepped him and bolted for the exit.
"Damn, trying to escape, huh?"
Angered, the raggedy man closed the distance in a few quick steps and managed to grab Shen Lan.
Shen Lan was horrified and started to scream for help.
