As evening approached and Qiao Yin was about to get off work, Lu Lingche arrived. "Shall we have dinner together? I remember you liked the Hot Spring Manor we went to last time. How about we go there again tonight?"
"No."
Qiao Yin shook her head. "I already have plans with someone else tonight."
Lu Lingche frowned. "Who have you got plans with?"
"Lu Shengqing."
Lu Lingche's expression slightly stiffened. "With elder brother? You're going to have dinner with elder brother? Did you initiate the dinner with him?"
"No, he had Yanxi mediate and asked me out for dinner."
"So you agreed?"
"Why shouldn't I agree?"
