"Since when did I say I was going to have a wedding?"
Gu Bai stared with a puzzled look, "Didn't you just say you were going to…"
He trailed off halfway, awkwardly turning away, "I want to get married, I'm just considering where to do it."
Even though he said it that way, Gu Bai still subtly hinted at him, "I think this matter could be discussed with the bride-to-be. After all, we men are just a backdrop at weddings. It's better to see where the female side prefers."
"I've been many places and seen many scenes, but my favourite has always been home." Gu Bai narrowed his eyes as he imagined, "Only home is the warmest harbor."
Jin Muchen retorted, "When did I ask you what you liked?"
Gu Bai patted his thigh displeasedly, wanting to retaliate but forcefully holding back, "I'm not serving you anymore, taste my wine and be gone."
It's now eleven forty, twenty minutes till midnight. Gu Bai stands up, "I'll go check how the preparations are going."
