Chapter 123 - Chapter 123 - Let Them Know Despair

The journey didn't last long. Asmodeus and Daenerys arrived at Dragonstone ahead of the ships, so Asmodeus decided to set up a teleportation circle. From his bag, he pulled out a small disk. It was a temporary teleportation array.

As long as there is no stable rule in Westeros and Essos and people don't behave somewhat closer to civilized society, Asmodeus has no intention of giving them the opportunity to travel seamlessly to Astra. That's why a temporary teleportation array is being used.

After setting up the teleportation array, Asmodeus nodded satisfactorily. But he didn't immediately summon his troops. He needed to show his strength, the strength and how coordinated the wizard's army is. Anyway showing this to Daenerys alone is pointless. So, after finishing with the teleportation array, he stepped back a bit to the left, stretched out his hand in front of him, and began to form large magical gates.

When a ring, large enough for three people to pass through simultaneously was formed, an army of Unsullied and Dothraki appeared on the other side. At first, they hesitated about the safety of passing through such a strange ring, but when Daenerys walked back and forth a couple of times, they decided to take the leap.

Thus, in groups of three, a 40,000-strong army crossed to the other side. While the Unsullied were very well-coordinated, the Dothraki scattered chaotically across the island. After a couple of hours, the flow of troops through the portal ceased, and on the horizon, the fleet carrying the rest of the forces began to appear.

Seeing this, Asmodeus decided to help speed up the landing process. When he saw people starting to disembark onto boats to paddle to the shore, he mounted Athena and pulled out his wand.

"Fly slowly, near the water and towards the ships," he told her.

Athena nodded in a very human-like manner and began to flap her wings, all four of them, precisely four, because for slow flight without losing altitude, given her weight and size, she had to use all her wings.

Daenerys, who walked among the ranks of the Unsullied, was surprised to see Athena preparing to take off. She wanted to ask Asmodeus where he was going, but before she could say anything, Athena took off.

Then Daenerys's attention focused on Asmodeus, who, pulling out his wand and directing it towards the water, muttered something under his breath.

At the same time, Asmodeus, riding Athena and pointing the wand towards the water without stopping, kept chanting.

"Duro agua! Duro water! Duro sea!"

Each time Asmodeus chanted the spell, a portion of the water in the narrow sea turned into stone, and one after another, Asmodeus, riding Athena, created a temporary pier for landing.

For Asmodeus, the endless repetition of the same spell seemed like torture, but for those who saw the sea turning into stone, it was more shocking than seeing any dragon.

Both Daenerys and the people on the ships and on the shore watched in awe as a broad stone road formed from the shore all the way to the ships.

When Asmodeus finished, and Athena began to move away from the water, a 100-meter-wide stone road, with some protrusions to which ships could be tied or ramps for troops to descend, stretched from the shore to the ships.

Seeing Asmodeus fly away, Tyrion was the first among those on the ship to come to his senses, and he shouted, "Everyone, disembark directly onto the stone platform created by Lord Asmodeus!"

The Grey Worm also wasted no time in starting the landing process and quickly began giving orders for the people to cooperate and start disembarking.

At the same time, Tyrion, seeing that the Grey Worm would take over the landing process, went towards the gangplank that had been lowered to the ground, and when he descended, he saw Varys standing there, tapping his foot on the ground. Seeing Varys, who had often questioned him about Asmodeus and the magic he wielded, Tyrion decided to jest:

"What do you think, did he have to cut off someone's dick to do something like this? If your cock was cut off for something so magical, don't worry, it served a great purpose."

For a moment, Varys even forgot what he was doing, and when he turned around to give Tyrion an answer, he saw that he had already walked quite far away.

The next day, the Tyrells and the Dornish snakes arrived at Dragonstone.

In the council chamber in the castle on Dragonstone today were Asmodeus, Daenerys, Lady Olenna, Margaery Tyrell, Loras Tyrell, Varys, Tyrion, the snakes of Dorne, the Grey Worm, Missandei, and Asha Greyjoy.

Daenerys is dressed today in a black and red dress, not entirely black; red dragon silhouettes are painted here and there on the elegant gown. She is much more cheerful than before. She is not worried about the White Walkers or Cersei at all. Right now, she feels like she has made the best deal in the world, securing the support of the wizards, at least because last night when everyone landed on the shore, Asmodeus pulled out a bag from the familiar portal, containing enough food to sustain a million people for a year. Just as they agreed.

Now she thinks more about what Asmodeus said in the morning, before they entered the hall...

"Today, the Red Priestess will arrive on the island. I won't go with you to meet her; I need to observe her so that she doesn't notice. She will suggest contacting Jon Snow, and I advise you to do the same. You have a common goal to fight the White Walkers. Also, if you invite him, don't say a word about him being king; let him be. "

"Didn't you promise me all seven kingdoms?"

"Your Majesty, don't pretend you don't understand."

"Do you consider Jon Snow a favorite for me to marry? Is this the council's decision?"

"As you recall, we didn't say there would be only one candidate, but Jon Snow is highly recommended by me. You can gain the North by marrying him and still retain the crown. You will rule the seven kingdoms together, half by the South and half by the North, and the dynasty will still be Targaryen."

"What do you mean?"

"You'll see..."

Daenerys recalled the morning conversation when she was brought to her senses by Asha Greyjoy's words.

"If you want the Iron Throne, let's act! Let's strike everything we have at the royal harbor. We have a fleet, an army, and four dragons!"

Upon hearing this, Daenerys said, "There is no need. It's unnecessary casualties among civilians, and the seven kingdoms are not my priority right now."

Hearing what Daenerys said, Asmodeus, who stood a little apart, nodded in satisfaction. Seeing this, Lady Olenna spoke up.

"Your Majesty Daenerys, I came here to make Cersei feel bad, and I came here at the call of a wizard named Salazar Slytherin, not to see you. But as my granddaughter tells me, Salazar Slytherin is not here, so where is he?"

"Lady Olenna, I have met Salazar Slytherin. He is a member of the Supreme Council of Wizards, and from what I have heard, one of the founders of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry."

Upon hearing Daenerys' words, Lady Olenna nodded slightly, as Margaery had already told her about what Salazar had said about the council of wizards.

"So, this lord behind you, is he one of the members of the council of wizards?"

Seeing that the conversation turned to him, Asmodeus spoke, "Yes, Lady Olenna, I am the chairman of the Council of Wizards and the Emperor of the magical empire of Adastra, beyond the sea. Queen Daenerys has signed a vassalage treaty with my country in exchange for our assistance in conquering Westeros and defending against enemies from the North."

"What enemies in the North are you talking about?"

"White Walkers."

"Are you kidding? Are you trying to scare us with children's tales? I'm afraid I'm too old to be frightened by such things."

"Well, if you think so..."

With a wave of Asmodeus's hand, behind him appeared the door of the Chamber of Secrets, from which Bellam emerged.

"Is he enough proof?"

Those who hadn't met a White Walker before were shocked, and their shock only deepened when they saw what was happening where the door had opened.

"Lord Salazar, I beg you, stop it!!! I don't have any blood!!!! Severus and you!!! Stop watching my memories!!!!"

Through the dimensional gates, the attendees saw such a scene.

A man with blue skin, with strange icy protrusions on his body, ran around the room dodging needles flying after him and shouting at two men wrapped in black. One had greasy hair, while the other was completely bald.

Asmodeus, noticing that nothing was coming out of the gates for a while, turned around and also saw this farce.

"Ahem, ahem!"

The people behind the gates froze.

"Oh, Asmodeus, hi there! Have you finished your business in that part of the world? Come see how much Mirta has changed. I bet you'll say Athena is no longer the most beautiful magical creature!"

Salazar was the first to react when he heard the cough, and the needles he controlled instantly fell to the ground.

At the same time, Bellam noticed it too. He leaped out abruptly and found himself in the conference room behind Asmodeus, speaking.

"We didn't agree to this!!! You said someone would teach me to resist erosion, but here are some unkempt man and a bald man who want my blood!!! I wouldn't mind giving it to them!!!! But I don't have any blood!!!!"

"Snape, can you tell me what's going on?"

"Nothing, it's a new method of teaching Occlumency. Under threat, he's supposed to learn to concentrate and close his mind."

"So you deliberately called Salazar to torment Bellam?"

"No, Mr. Slytherin came to my office for a specific potion ingredient and saw Bellam."

"..."

"Alright, Salazar, stop trying to extract blood from an elemental body, it's not there. And you, Snape, when we're done, start teaching Bellam Occlumency properly."

With that, he closed the portal, leaving only Bellam.

"This is one of the Walkers."

Olena asked skeptically, "Shouldn't he attack as soon as he sees the living? This one looks like a blue bloke."

"I'll explain the difference between Bellam and the other Walkers later. Right now, you need to know that as legends say, there are indeed White Walkers. This one just hasn't completely lost himself to the thirst for blood yet."

"So you're suggesting we leave Cersei alone and march our armies north to fight such creatures?"

"No, of course not. First, we'll completely destroy Cersei's army and Euron Greyjoy's fleet with all his men. This way, your territories will be safe in the near future, and Cersei will have a headache figuring out how to stabilize the kingdom that already hates her. While she deals with that, we'll battle the White Walkers and then return south to besiege the royal harbor."

Olena, whom Margaery had already confirmed was Salazar behind that portal, said, "You talk as if you have your own forces in this war, apart from the dragon, of course."

"Oh, then perhaps you should take a look?"

Asmodeus gestured with his hand to the window behind Daenerys, which opened to the coastline of Dragonstone.

Approaching the window, Asmodeus opened a larger portal right on the shore.

Out of the portal emerged 30 people, one after another, all clad in dark burgundy armor, with a sword at their hip and a wand in hand.

These were the commanders of the Order of Flame Knights. When the portal closed after the arrival of the 30 individuals, even Daenerys looked questioningly at Asmodeus, to which he simply gestured for them to look further, and the people began to watch.

The 30 individuals spread out, each at an equal distance from the others, and turned toward the sea. When they were stable on the ground, they began to synchronously rotate their arms clockwise in a circular formation.

The onlookers had never seen how a portal spell worked for those who hadn't reached the level of an archmage, so they again began to doubt... But then they saw a massive circle gradually appearing right on the shore. This ring was twenty times larger than the one through which these 30 mages had passed.

As the scene unfolded before them on the other side, shock registered on the faces of the observers. Another 100 people were also rotating their arms to help create one large portal, but that didn't shock the people above as much.

What truly frightened them was the army behind these individuals. At least 10,000 similarly armored soldier-mages marched towards them. Behind these 10,000 people, five different dragons with people on them slowly advanced. When people thought about who can deserve such a treatment of having as his enemy a total of nine dragons, they realized how much they had underestimated Asmodeus. Several dozen giants, each at least 5.5 meters tall, with a leader standing at a towering 8 meters, marched towards the portal in the same burgundy coloured armor.

Seeing such a fantastical army, Ellaria Sand asked, "Is this the army of the so-called Council of Wizards?"

To which Asmodeus replied with a smile, "No. This is the army of the Morningstar family!"

Just then, the last member of the Order of Flame emerged, and he planted a flag in the ground, bearing an unknown coat of arms. On the crest was a man in red thread on a black background, behind whom two different wings were visible—one resembling those of a bird, while the other silhouette resembled that of a bat's wing. Flames surrounded the man on all sides.

Seeing this, Lady Olenna nodded in satisfaction and said, "With such an army, your goal isn't to defeat Cersei in war, is it? Your goal is to make her know despair?"
