It was dawn and Tiara and Fiona had awoken an hour before. They were in the front yard; within the fences, on a large trunk stump, Tiara was chopping wood while Fiona hung clothes to dry.
Tiara swung the axe, splitting the last piece of wood, wiping the sweat from her forehead, "I'm done, Mommy."
"Already?" Fiona asked, flapping a dress patched up with various coloured cloths.
"We need to get some more from the forest." Tiara replied, "Let's go, today?"
"There's no other choice. We'll leave right after breakfast."
"Okay." Tiara rested the axe on her shoulder, moving to the door. "But what about Darius?"
"What about him?"
"Is he going to come with us?"
"No."
"Why?" Tiara was perplexed. She wanted to spend more time with him, get to know him, and do other things. This was the first time she had seen a human, other than her mother. However, now that they were going to the forest for wood, she wouldn't return before dusk.
"He is too weak in case a monster attacks." Fiona explained, "And before you say anything, you can't protect him while fighting. That is too dangerous."
Tiara's words of protest died in her mouth. She quickly formed another argument, "He can fight too. You told me yesterday that he killed a Hell Wolf."
"No." Fiona sternly said, "He killed that wolf by ambushing it. And his ambush worked only because I was there to distract them otherwise that wolf would have sensed his ambush long before and ripped him apart."
After all the work she put into healing him and keeping him alive, Fiona was not going to let him die at the hands of some random monster.
Before Tiara could think of any other argument that could help her spend more time with him, Fiona said smiling, "Tia, I'll be preparing breakfast. So, would you be a dear and wake him up?"
Tiara may be childish but she knew when her mother was going to beat her for being a nuisance. She gulped the words down and went to do as told.
.....
Fiona sighed seeing her daughter enter the house, "I hope, she won't get too attached to him."
.....
The door to Darius' room creaked as it slowly opened. Tiara light on her feet, entered like a thief.
She could never forget the beating she had received in her younger years when she used to storm the room while her mother slept.
She wanted no repetition of that, although Darius would not beat her but he might tell her mother. And if there was a choice between a life-and-death battle with a hundred monsters and her mother with slipper. She would choose to fight monsters every time.
She stood near the bed, looking at his sleeping face. He snored lightly, seemingly experiencing a pleasant dream.
Her eyes drifted along his body and stopped at the tent of her great curiosity. She wanted to see that thing; penis if she remembered correctly.
She recalled the first time when she held it in her hand, it had made Darius angry. She did not want to make him angry again but she could not contain her curiosity anymore.
Her hands carefully removed the blanket from his lower body, she gulped looking at his bulging crotch before climbing the bed like a cat.
Careful to not wake him, her slender fingers slowly pulled down his trousers. And the monster swung at her nose and then lips, making her yelp and flinch back a little.
A strong smell hit her brain causing her to blank for a second. A smell could either be good or bad but, it was somewhere in between. It was weird.
Her calloused hands, still a little damp from washing, felt incredibly warm when they embraced the shaft. She gazed at the monster trying to escape her grasp.
'Why is it so big?' She had both her hands around it but the tip was still showing.
She saw a drop of transparent fluid come out of the tip.
A human, when curious uses his or her five senses; touch, smell, hearing, vision, and taste to identify and gather the information of the object.
And she did just that. Her thumb lightly pressed the drop of fluid which felt sticky and made a thin bridge between her thumb and tip. She sniffed it finding it strange, and then finally licked her thumb.
'It tastes weird.' She thought. However, her tongue closed into the tip and licked it which urged the penis to release more of that fluid.
Her body was beginning to become warm and an uncomfortable feeling rose in her stomach. Which she assumed would go away if she continued to do this.
A sudden movement caused her to stop. She raised her face, seeing Darius' eyes on her.
"What are you doing?" He said frowning.
In nervousness, her grip tightened and twisted. Poor Darius screamed in pain.
.....
Fiona saw the pair coming to the table where breakfast was already served, "What was that scream? And why are you walking like that, Darius?"
"It's nothing." He grimaced, strugglingly sitting on the chair.
Tiara too sat down saying, "I'm sorry, Darius. I didn't mean to hurt you like that."
"Just quiet down and eat." He commanded a hint of annoyance in his voice, "Don't do that again."
"I'm sorry." Her voice was meek expressing her sadness.
Fiona suspiciously looked at the pair for a moment before starting to eat. They did the same. The breakfast was peaceful, no one said anything.
.....
Darius saw the women taking their bows and quivers, he inquired, "Are you going on a hunt?"
"No." Fiona replied, hanging the axe on the belt around her waist, "We're out of wood, so we are going to the forest to bring some."
"Is that so? I'll come too." He said, standing up to prepare as well.
"No. It's dangerous there, you should know from yesterday." Fiona denied, with a tone that left no room for argument.
"I can fight."
"You can't."
He was tongue-tied by her quick remark. However, he would not stop now that a quest had arrived right now.
