Cassie -
I try to sit up in the bed, but wires and the man's hands hold me down.
"Cassie, Cassie, wait love, let me call the doctor in," says the guy holding me in place, he lifts one hand slowly and reaches for a button on the side of my bed then replaces his hand on my shoulder, I try to push up again but he applies more force.
"Let me up," I demand, "Where am I? What happened? How did I get here?" I stop trying to sit up, realizing it is pointless and the questions pour out of me so quickly they are barely understandable, but he seems to follow as he lifts his hands from my shoulders and raises them as though I have a gun pointed at him.
"Easy love, let's get you checked by the doctor and then I will tell you everything, I swear." The doctor rushes into the room at that moment.
