After finishing our shift we both head back to the cabin, and to Cassie, I need to see her, to be sure she is safe. When I leave her the urge to return grows the longer we are apart, I still don't understand this connection but for now I'm going to go with it. Hopefully once Jack knows I will be able to search for some answers, but for now, well, it is what it is I guess.
When we get to the cabin Cassie is already up and waiting for us, she knew one of us would be by. I let her know where I am going. Now I have seen her, the ache has dissipated.
As I leave I hear Daisy start to explain the plan. I don't want to leave knowing how worried Cassie will be, but I trust Daisy will keep her calm and distracted.
