Chapter 86 - Chapter 86 - Mikaboshi, Deathurge and Knull

UNIVERSE 1395

The cosmic winds whispered through Universe 1395 as Sharky Tennyson, astride his Interstellar Harley, came to an abrupt halt. Before him stood an imposing trio – Knull, Deathurge, and Mikaboshi. The universe held its breath in the pregnant silence that ensued.

Sharky eyed the cosmic entities, Knull, the symbiote god, hissed with dark tendrils writhing in anticipation. Deathurge, the embodiment of entropy, loomed like a shadow ready to engulf all. Mikaboshi, the shape-shifting deity, exuded an aura of ancient malevolence.

"Why are you standing in my way? What's the grand welcoming committee for?" Sharky asked, eyeing the cosmic beings with a curiosity.

Knull, his voice resonating with a dark undertone, "Someone wants to erase the existence of you, so the void is calling you."

Deathurge, a looming presence, "Today Oblivion wished for your death, so I am present here."

Mikaboshi, ever-shifting, observed with a gaze that hinted at ancient malevolence.

Sharky, eyeing the three Avatars of Oblivion, Mikaboshi, Knull, and Deathurge, asked, "So, who's going to face me? Or are all of you doing a cosmic team-up?"

Mikaboshi, with an enigmatic smile, replied, "Knull is formidable enough; I'll watch from the sidelines for now," as he and Deathurge positioned themselves, observing the unfolding spectacle.

"Big mistake," Sharky quipped, a smirk playing on his lips, as he focused his attention on the approaching Knull.

Knull, the symbiote god, hissed with anticipation, "Your defiance will be swallowed by the abyss, Tennyson."

As Knull stepped forward, ready to engage Sharky, a surprising twist unfolded. The air shimmered with an eerie green glow as symbiotic tendrils wrapped around Sharky's body, his form now adorned with the unmistakable features of a Symbiote. Sharky, empowered by the Symbiotes the power acquired from the Knull of Universe 275, faced Knull head-on.

Knull, shocked that someone could control symbiotes, exclaimed, "How can you control Symbiotes? And how are you able to do it?" His body morphed, a Dragon Spider Tattoo forming in the middle of his suit. Two dragon wings sprouted from his back, and he held the Necrosword in his hand, his face and fingers uncovered by symbiotes.

"It's simple. I killed the Universe 275 Knull, just like I am going to KILL YOU," Sharky shouted. In response, two dragon wings formed behind him, glowing in green, and he summoned a Necrosword surrounded by a magical green substance. The clash intensified, the cosmic forces converging in a celestial battleground.

Mikaboshi, observing the unfolding spectacle, whispered to Deathurge, "This Sharky Tennyson is really a danger. He even controlled the symbiotes as he desired; Knull was going to lose this fight."

Deathurge, his form shifting slightly, nodded in agreement. "Entropy weaves its own narrative, and this Sharky may hold the threads that defy even our understanding."

On the other side, Knull was shocked by seeing the Necrosword in Sharky's hands with a different color. He attacked Sharky with his sword.

But Sharky also retaliated, and in a few moves, he overpowered Knull. As the Necroswords collided, a magical event occurred.

Knull found his Necrosword freeing itself from his hands, moving towards Sharky's Necrosword and merging with it.

"You, what are you doing?" Knull asked in anger when he noticed his sword merging with Sharky's.

"The same is going to happen to you," Sharky smiled as he captured both of Knull's wings and tore them out, merging them with his own draconic wings.

Mikaboshi, observing from the sidelines, whispered to Deathurge, "Sharky Tennyson is a true anomaly. Controlling both Symbiotes and the Necrosword, he may rewrite the cosmic rules."

Meanwhile, Knull, now wingless, confronted Sharky in disbelief. As Sharky's draconic wings absorbed the essence of Knull's, "You, how is it possible you control my symbiotes?" Knull screamed in shock as the cosmic forces reshaped in ways beyond his comprehension.

The battleground echoed with the cosmic turmoil as Sharky's unexpected mastery over the symbiotes and the Necrosword continued to rewrite the narrative of their celestial confrontation.

"Because, when they merged with me, they had no different will, only functioning by my will," Sharky laughed as he tore away all of the symbiote suit from Knull, merging it with himself.

Before Knull could comprehend, his powers were gone, leaving him resembling just a skeletal body. Sharky didn't stop there; green tentacles released from his hands, capturing Knull and breaking his bones. Soon, Knull became dust, vanishing from existence.

Now seated on the same Living Abyss throne where Knull once resided, Sharky turned his gaze towards Mikaboshi and Deathurge. "Who's next?" he asked with a mocking smile.

"Me," Deathurge took the stage, creating a sword made of the same material as Deathurge himself. The cosmic saga continued as the celestial battlefield shifted, and Sharky faced the next challenger in the cosmic hierarchy.

Deathurge, flying with great speed and wielding the non-reflective sword, swiftly passed through Sharky's body, leaving a spot of blackness where the weapon had struck.

"Game over," Deathurge declared, a victorious smile on his face as he observed the spreading blackness, the lethal effect of his weapon.

"You think it's easy to kill me," Sharky smiled back, and the blackness that had spread started to retract and erase from his body.

"Now, it's my turn," Sharky announced as he activated the powers of the alien Toxic Nightmare, a result of Gutrot and Toepick's fusion. Although he lost some functions, he gained stronger abilities.

Sharky unleashed Toxic Aegis, a combination of Gas Generation, Gas Absorption, Gas Immunity, and Gas Neutralization. The gasses released weren't ordinary – they carried a fear-inducing phobia catalyst.

The fear-inducing gas, a potent combination of Phobia Catalyst, Nightmarish Sounds, and Fear Inducement, worked its magic on Deathurge. Despite not seeing Sharky's nightmarish face, the fear grew within him.

His fears escalated to the point that Deathurge manifested a pair of skis, enabling him to traverse the Dark Dimension Plane. Utilizing the Darkforce dimension, he fled from the confrontation, leaving both Sharky and Mikaboshi in stunned silence amidst the cosmic remnants of their encounter.

"So, it looks like only you are now standing here. Well, let's end the fight quickly," Sharky commented with his nonchalant attitude.

"You, how can you be so rude to me?" Mikaboshi shouted with anger. "You don't know about me; I've killed all the gods, heroes, and villains of Universe 357. I've killed over 99.99 percent of the whole universe. And you didn't show a little respect to me. Now, I am going to kill you."

Mikaboshi entered angry mode, unleashing Nightmare powers gained after killing Nightmare. The powers induced sleep and started nightmares in their dreams.

Sharky, understanding Mikaboshi's intentions, chuckled. "You think you can show me nightmares. You can't even make me fall asleep; nightmarish dreams are very far away."

Sharky knew that Nemuina Sleep Dust Immunity saved him from any attempt to make him fall asleep. The cosmic confrontation continued, Sharky's resilience standing strong against Mikaboshi's attempts to instill fear and darkness.

Seeing Mikaboshi as his last opponent, Sharky activated the powers of Cosmic Dracula, a fusion of Alien X and Whampire. Although he lost several powers of Alien X, including Universe Creation, Reality Warping, Time Waves, shape-shifting, and bat morphing, he gained the indestructible body of Alien X, along with teleportation, levitation, self-duplication, and the ability to generate black holes.

From Whampire, he inherited Corruptas Projectile, Hypnosis, Sharp Claws, Sharp Teeth, Prehensile Feet, X-ray Vision, and, most importantly, Life Force Draining.

Life Force Draining allowed Sharky to drain the life force of other beings, weakening them and acquiring their abilities. He could absorb and manipulate various forms of energy to enhance his powers, even draining the powers of gods and taking them for himself. The cosmic battleground prepared for the final clash as Sharky, now infused with the abilities of Cosmic Dracula, confronted Mikaboshi.

Mikaboshi started growing larger than even Galactus, his form so immense that Earth could easily fit in his palm. "Your arrogance will cease to end, mortal human," he shouted while attempting to seize Sharky's soul.

As the conqueror of Yomi, the Japanese underworld of the Kami, Mikaboshi became the Lord of Death, possessing powers to capture and detain astral bodies. However, this plan failed, as he couldn't even touch Sharky's soul. The indestructible body of Cosmic Dracula prevented Mikaboshi from passing through and reaching the soul.

"I've already said, you can't even break a sweat on me. Try something more," Sharky taunted, laughter echoing.

Mikaboshi, realizing his godly powers were useless, attempted to use Cosmic energy. "You are the first person who angers me the most."

Sharky didn't bother dodging; the cosmic energies dissipated upon hitting his indestructible body, causing no damage.

"See, I already told you, you can't do anything to me. Try something new," Sharky mocked, his laughter filling the cosmic expanse. The confrontation continued, with Sharky's formidable powers proving a match for the cosmic might of Mikaboshi.

Mikaboshi struck Sharky with both hands, resembling someone swatting a mosquito due to his colossal size. However, even with his immense strength and size, Mikaboshi couldn't inflict any damage on Sharky.

"What are you made of?" Mikaboshi was now shocked, unable to fathom that his strongest hit, capable of shattering a planet in seconds, had no effect on Sharky.

"I already said, you can't harm me even a little bit. Now, it's my turn," Sharky declared as his sharp claws extended. With a swift movement, he cut off Mikaboshi's finger.

Although Mikaboshi's finger regenerated, he was again surprised that someone could damage him. Then he noticed that Sharky had absorbed the energy from the severed fingers, increasing his own power.

Realizing the threat Sharky posed, Mikaboshi unleashed an army of the dead—Olympian Gods, Skrulls, other enslaved deities, Shinma, Oni, and a host of netherworld denizens. He flooded the battleground with a formidable force.

"Now show me what you can do, Sharky, because you can't even kill them. They're already undead, and even if you vaporize them, it takes much time," Mikaboshi taunted, laughter echoing.

"How much time? I'll show you. All your tricks were just child's play for me," Sharky smiled confidently as he started shooting Corruptura projectiles.

The Corruptura projectiles had the power to turn other beings, whether inanimate objects or undead, into loyal servants under Sharky's control.

The cosmic battlefield transformed into a chaotic spectacle as Mikaboshi's formidable army faced the power of the Corruptura, bending to Sharky's will one by one.

Corruptura projectiles began to take effect. Undead soldiers, Olympian Gods, Skrulls, and other entities found themselves succumbing to the influence of the Corruptura, transforming into minions under Sharky's command.

With the Corruptura Projectiles, Mikaboshi's entire army began transforming into Sharky's loyal servants, leaving Mikaboshi astonished.

In just a few minutes, the entire formidable army became Sharky's minions. "Now, it's your turn," Sharky declared, initiating the next phase of his strategy. He started biting Mikaboshi's body, utilizing his Life Force Draining abilities to drain the powers and life force of the cosmic entity. In doing so, Sharky acquired Mikaboshi's abilities and powers for himself.

Witnessing his powers being drained, Mikaboshi resorted to using his Shadow Copies ability, dividing his body into many shadows, eluding even the Olympians.

Unbeknownst to Mikaboshi, Sharky possessed Cosmos X-ray Vision, enabling him to easily locate all the shadows. He then generated a void, immobilizing Mikaboshi and commencing the draining of his power. The cosmic confrontation took a decisive turn as Sharky harnessed the abilities he had absorbed, leaving Mikaboshi in a vulnerable state.

Mikaboshi, realizing that his regenerative factor had ceased and even his immortality couldn't save him, resorted to using his shape-shifting abilities. He transformed himself into a beautiful girl and employed dark magic to influence Sharky.

"See, Sharky, I'm just a helpless girl. Please leave me alone," Mikaboshi pleaded in his transformed state, a tactic that had saved him many times before.

However, in the face of Sharky, this strategy proved futile. "You can fool the whole world, but you can't fool me," Sharky smiled and continued draining Mikaboshi's powers.

Recognizing he couldn't halt Sharky's draining, Mikaboshi attempted his last option. He created a portal back to the void, intending to teleport to his own dimension.

As he began creating the portal, Sharky swiftly captured him by teleporting in front of Mikaboshi and resumed draining his powers. The cosmic struggle reached its climax as Sharky overcame Mikaboshi's attempts to escape, leaving the Lord of Death in a weakened state.

Mikaboshi continued pleading with Sharky, but Sharky remained relentless, steadily draining Mikaboshi's powers. Gradually, the once formidable Lord of Death weakened, his strength diminishing from the levels he possessed when attacking the Olympians.

Little by little, Sharky absorbed all of Mikaboshi's powers, including his immortality. The character once feared as the one who could consume the universe was now reduced to dust.

Meanwhile the Embodiments of the Universe were just going to enter into the Universe 1395, but someone stopped them.

They noticed it was the Living Tribunal. "The Living Tribunal, why are you stopping us," Oblivion asked him.

"Where are all of you going leaving your Universe 275 unguarded, returned back or I will need to judge all of you," The Living Tribunal ordered them.

"The Living Tribunal, we wants to meet this new entity," Death replied, she shows the image of Sharky, "I don't know how, he entered in our Universe, we don't know his history, and we are able to stop him in the Universe 1395 for few seconds," She explained the reason.

The Living Tribunal understood, they wanted to know about Sharky, "Ok, go and meet him, but don't create any conflict, I don't want to see the destruction of a Universe," He warned them.

"Of course Living Tribunal, we will not create any destruction in the Universe 1395, we just questioned him or quickly captured him," Eternity nodded, everyone also agreed with him.

"I am not talking about Universe 1395, I am talking about Universe 275," The Living Tribunal cleared their confusion before they made the mistake.

"Universe 275, how can Universe 275 be destroyed if we fight in Universe 1395?" Infinity asked, looking towards the Living Tribunal for a reply.

The Living Tribunal sees over them, "If you are all destroyed, then your Universe is obviously destroyed, that's why I warned you to not create a conflict," He explained to them, before sending them to Universe 1395.

The Embodiments of Universe 275 become first confused, then they become shocked knowing The Living Tribunal was giving warning to him. They now understand Sharky Tennyson has already meeted with the Living Tribunal and from it, Living Tribunal knows about Sharky's powers , but still they decided to see for themselves.

And from hiding into the void of Universe 1395, they observed the all action of Sharky, and they were amazed by witnessing the cosmic struggle unfolding, how easily Sharky even destroyed their Avatars.

After defeating Mikaboshi, Sharky turned towards the void where the Embodiments of Universe 275 were hiding. "Now it's time for you to come out," Sharky declared, his Cosmic X-ray Vision allowing him to perceive the hidden entities within the void.

A vast void gave way to the emergence of the four Embodiments: Death, Oblivion, Infinity, and Eternity of Universe 275. Their cosmic forms materialized, a majestic spectacle that dwarfed the galaxies around them.

Seated confidently on the throne of Knull, Sharky observed their arrival with a mixture of curiosity and authority. "Oh, so it's you are," he remarked, his gaze steady as he adjusted on the imposing seat.

Infinity and Eternity, surprised at being recognized, exchanged glances. "You, you know about us?" they questioned, their cosmic essences resonating with astonishment. Few beings had ever encountered them, and fewer still were aware of their existence without proper introduction.

Then they thought, since he has already meeted with the Living Tribunal, from there he knows about them. But they decided to ask by themselves.

Death, accustomed to remaining unseen except by those on the brink of their demise or her chosen confidants, was equally taken aback. "You can even see me," she expressed in a tone that betrayed her surprise.

"Yes, I can see you, and I know about your purpose in the Universe," Sharky responded calmly, his demeanor unwavering. The cosmic entities listened intently as he continued, "Your presence is to maintain the balance of the Universe."

The air was charged with cosmic energy as the Embodiments grappled with this unexpected revelation. "What do you know about us?" Oblivion inquired, seeking understanding.

Sharky gestured towards Infinity, "You are Infinity, responsible for maintaining the balance and structure of space. However, in many Universes, the balance was broken, suggesting your counterparts in other realities didn't fulfill their roles."

He then turned his attention to Eternity, "And you, your role is even more crucial. You control the personification of time and the temporal flow of the universe. It's your duty to ensure the proper functioning of the Universe, as any imbalance would reflect in your own existence. Like your sister counterparts, in numerous Universes, your counterparts failed to fulfill their responsibilities."

Infinity questioned, puzzled, "How can our counterparts fail in their jobs? It's what we exist for."

"I don't know why they failed," Sharky replied thoughtfully. "But I've witnessed many Universes in decay—some overrun by vampires, others by zombies, and some destroyed by other beings. I find myself doing your work, even though I didn't choose it. Born a hero, I can't bear to witness the painful state of the Universe," he explained, silencing both Eternity and Infinity with his solemn words.

Sharky turned his gaze towards Death, acknowledging her work, but not without pointing out the loopholes. "You've done good work in your job, but many beings seek ways to cheat death, making it seem like you're as useless as them," he remarked, emphasizing the challenges Death faced in maintaining her domain against those who sought to evade it.

His attention then shifted to Oblivion, and a wave of dissatisfaction resonated in his voice. "And the most useless is you. I've witnessed countless Universes teetering on the edge of destruction. Why not let them be destroyed, allowing a reboot?" Sharky's words hung in the cosmic space, leaving Death and Oblivion momentarily speechless.

Oblivion, feeling the weight of Sharky's words, challenged him, "Hey, do you know who you're talking to? Only the First Firmament, The Living Tribunal, and One-Above-All can speak to me like that."

"Yes, I know who I'm talking to," Sharky responded with unwavering confidence. "And I even dared to talk like this to The Living Tribunal so what are you in front of him," he added, then he was preparing to continue his journey.

But Oblivion halted him, "Hey, we need to ask you the same question!" he shouted, demanding answers before Sharky could proceed on his cosmic journey.

"Ask what you want to know," Sharky responded with a disappointed look, patiently waiting for their inquiries.

Death posed the crucial question, "So, I want to ask, who are you? We couldn't find any history of yourself before you entered Universe 613."

Sharky sighed, feeling the weight of the explanation he was about to give. "It's complicated. I am Sharky Tennyson, but I don't belong to your Multiverse. I come from a different Multiverse," he explained, aware of the challenges in conveying the concept of the Universal Tree.

"What? You belong to a different Multiverse? Does that mean there's something beyond the Marvel Multiverse?" Eternity inquired, shocked by the revelation that something could exist beyond their familiar Multiverse.

"Yes, there's a vast world outside the Multiverse, and it's challenging to explain. Since you're bound by duty and can't leave the Marvel Multiverse, I'll do my best to explain," Sharky admitted, proceeding to share the intricacies of the Universal Tree.

The Embodiments of Universe 275 were taken aback by this revelation. As they grasped the concept of the Universal Tree and understood the existence of multiple Multiverses, they also gained insight into the role of One-Above-All. It became clear that One-Above-All was chosen to oversee the Marvel Multiverse.

Amidst their contemplation, Sharky revved up his Interstellar Harley and resumed his journey towards Universe 12041, leaving the Embodiments of Universe 275 behind with newfound understanding.

Meanwhile the Embodiments of Universe 275 existed in Universe 1395 to return back to their universe.

The Living Tribunal noticed them, "It's good to see you safe, I will forgive you this time, since you want to meet the Sharky, but not the next, you need to guard your own Universe," He ordered them, they nodded and returned back to their own Universe.

The Living Tribunal becomes busy searching, what happened in the Universe 12041. After All many heroes and villains vanished, and their location is unknown, it is very important to find out about it.

And this was the time Sharky has taken his doppelgangers from the Universe 11052 and not he has finally reached the Universe 12041, and he was standing in front of the portal, from where the his connection to the sweet Sharky was broken, "So, this is the place from where my connection, let's see, what it has to show," He said and takes a step forward.

And to the amazement of Sharky, he found himself on a desert-like place, his connection with the Sweet Sharky was again established, then he used his powers and the Sweet Sharky came and merged back into him. While he found out about this place….
