UNIVERSE 1295
"Nathaniel, it's too late for us. I loved you, but now you're... sinister," Rebecca replied weakly.
Essex was broken by seeing the condition of his wife, "Rebecca, please! I can change, I can make things right!"
"No, it's too late. I hate what you've become," Rebecca declined him with resentment.
As Rebecca takes her last breath, Essex, shattered, contemplates his actions.
Essex shouted in despair, "What have I done?"
In grief-stricken rage, he demolishes his home and ancestral graves, contemplating suicide. However, the sudden shift in purpose leads him back to Osborn, accepting the offer that would eventually shape him into the formidable Mr. Sinister.
Osborn, smirking, "Sinister, meet the Marauders. They'll provide you with the subjects you need for your experiments."
Marauder leader, replied grinning, "We're in it for the money. You get us the cash, and we'll get you the 'volunteers'."
Sinister was granted access to wide amounts of genetic material, even the DNA of Wolverine, Charles, Jean Grey, Nightcrawler and even more. With it he developed experimental drugs.
After taking the experimental drugs, Sinister shouted with chuckling, "Ah, the power coursing through me. Hypnosis, control, invisibility. I am no longer bound by the limitations of mere mortals."
A side effect of the drugs is that Sinister went insane, hallucinating that Apocalypse wanted him to do his bidding.
In the throes of hallucination, "Apocalypse speaks to me. He wants me to usher in his reign, and I shall be his harbinger," Sinister fervently replied.
With his hypnosis powers, Sinister can make someone to do suicide with just his simple command, 'Choke Yourself'.
"Apocalypse demands sacrifice. Ten mutants must fall for his rebirth," Sinister said in a maniacal tone, he was becoming mad.
So he went to Xavier Institute for Higher Learning's Mansion, intending to kill Professor X as well as nine other mutants. Sinister, with a sinister grin, "Professor X, you're first on the list. Followed by nine others. No one can stop me."
Sinister's hypnosis was powerful enough that Xavier was unable to stop him and was thrown down a flight of stairs.
In the chaos, Rogue, determined, "You won't harm anyone else, Sinister."
After going on a rampage killing mutants Sinister was subdued by Rogue and imprisoned in the Triskelion.
Subdued and imprisoned in the Triskelion, Sinister said with a wicked smile on his face, "This is just the beginning. Apocalypse's will shall prevail."
In prison Sinister was shown seeing another vision of 'Lord Apocalypse' who was displeased with Sinister's incompetence. In an ironic punishment Lord Apocalypse told sinister 'Choke Yourself.'
Sinister was put on suicide watch for weeks, and anything that could be used as a weapon was kept away from him. Despite efforts on the part of S.H.I.E.L.D. Sinister was discovered dead in his cell from suffocation with his shirt stuffed down his throat.
Later it would turn out that Sinister had actually faked his own death, and escaped the S.H.I.E.L.D. morgue. This was because he developed his powers and gained complete control of his body at the cellular level, allowing him to shape-shift.
Now on the loose, Sinister became the servant of Apocalypse, one of Apocalypse's Horsemen. He was given a portion of North America to rule over and was left in charge of the Breeding Pens, to make more powerful mutants.
Sinister then created his own police force, the Elite Mutant Force, with the team Dark Beast, Cyclops and Havok, Aurora and Northstar, Amazon and Cannonball, and formerly Emplate and the M Twins.
"Welcome to my domain, where evolution bows to my will. I am the architect of a new era, the hand that molds mutants into perfection," Sinister said standing in his domain.
Ironically, if you refused to join the Elite Mutant Force, you would become an inhabitant of the Breeding Pens. Using the genetic material from the mutant he genetically altered humans with superhuman physical and mental abilities.
He even increased his powers, now capable of energy projection through telekinesis. And he even regenerates and is virtually immune to injuries with the addition of the ability to teleport.
And because of all those at his disposal, he used his genetics and their DNA to create the Madri, the Infinites, Apocalypse's army, and the Brain Trust. He also created Nate Grey with the genetic material of Cyclops and Jean Grey, whom he intended to have killed Apocalypse.
Sinister finally betrays Apocalypse, the clash of ideologies becomes evident, when he confronts Apocalypse. "Your vision is a threat to all life. I won't let your madness consume this world," He shouted at him.
"Betrayal, Sinister? You were meant to be the architect of evolution, not its saboteur!" Apocalypse shouted in anger, he was enraged by Sinister betrayal.
"I evolve with the times, Apocalypse. Your extinction-level plans go too far," Sinister replied while he calculated on his plans.
He covered up all of this by destroying his personal lab and seemingly faded from existence. Now on the loose again, Sinister donned a belt and clothing resembling what he saw Apocalypse wearing.
Hearing tales of the mutant Morlocks hiding out in the sewers of New York, Sinister made his way through the sewers until stumbling upon a small, green mutant Leech.
Sinister hypnotizes the Leech and commands him, "Come with me, little one. Your unique abilities will be of great use in my endeavors."
Meanwhile, at the Xavier Mansion, Jean Grey is found after using Cerebro. "Sinister is still alive, and we must stop him before he unleashes more chaos. Bishop's X-Men, assemble. We've got a threat to neutralize," She commands everyone.
Bishop agreed with her and quickly rallied his team, "X-Men, gear up. Sinister won't escape this time."
Sinister arrives at the Morlocks' home, Nightcrawler, recognizing the threat."Sinister, I won't let you harm these innocent mutants," He quickly teleports Leech to safety.
Sinister made his way through, and he was greeted by Sunder who he hypnotized into bringing him easy targets to kill.
At this point the X-Men teleported in and tried to stop Sinister. When he was about to kill Dazzler, Angel swooped in and grabbed him to save his girlfriend.
Sinister's began to glow and rise up, he telepathically put The X-Men, S.H.I.E.L.D., the Fantastic Four and Spider-Man against each other.
Seeing the situation, Charles Xavier, communicating telepathically with Magneto, "We need to join forces to counter Sinister's telepathic onslaught. Only together, can we resist his influence."
Magneto nodded with him, "Agreed. Let's end this madness." They teleport away somewhere to do something to stop the Sinister.
As the chaos ensues, the heroes find themselves pitted against each other, manipulated by Sinister's telepathic powers.
And at that point Sharky entered the scene with his Interstellar Harley. He was not in the mood for any conversation, not even he wanted to interfere in between their fight. But seeing the situation, he can't stop himself from helping them.
"Who are you? What are you doing here?" Mr. Sinister questioned Sharky.
"I am Sharky Tennyson, and I am here to stop your destruction," Sharky replied with the Anodite's powers, he stopped the hypnosis of Sinister from the The X-Men, S.H.I.E.L.D., the Fantastic Four and Spider-Man against each other.
"Then I will show you, no one can stop me," Mr. Sinister, undeterred by Sharky's defiance, unleashed a barrage of telepathic assaults, attempting to infiltrate Sharky's mind.
However, Sharky, fortified by the Anodite's powers, resisted the mental intrusion with a steadfast resolve.
"I've faced mind games before, Sinister. Your tricks won't work on me," Sharky declared, his eyes emanating the calm yet potent glow of Anodite energy.
Sinister, frustrated, shifted tactics, projecting a torrent of energy through telekinesis. Sharky activated Chromastone powers, absorbing the kinetic onslaught effortlessly, the crystalline alien form pulsating with absorbed power.
"You're not the first to underestimate me," Sharky remarked. Sinister, momentarily staggered, regrouped and intensified his assault, conjuring energy constructs to encircle Sharky.
As Sinister's energy projection surged towards Sharky, Sharky stood unwavering. With a subtle shift, Sharky activated the Energy Redirection ability, absorbing the telekinetic assault and harnessing it within his body.
Seizing the moment, Sharky unleashed a powerful burst of redirected energy towards Mr. Sinister. However, Sinister, displaying his remarkable shape-shifting abilities, contorted his form, narrowly evading the impending attack. His cellular control allowed him to regenerate from any injuries sustained.
Undeterred, Sinister summoned his formidable team, the Elite Mutant Force, to join the fray. Dark Beast, Cyclops, Havok, Aurora, Northstar, Amazon, and Cannonball converged, each unleashing their unique powers in a coordinated assault.
As the Elite Mutant Force launched their assault, Sinister's ominous voice echoed across the battlefield, "Elite Mutant Force, show him the futility of resistance!"
Dark Beast, with his twisted intellect, unleashed mutated tendrils towards Sharky. Cyclops and Havok synchronized their optic blasts, creating a blinding display of energy. Aurora and Northstar darted in, leaving trails of speed-infused attacks, while Amazon and Cannonball soared through the air, aiming their formidable strikes.
Sharky, now facing multiple adversaries, absorbed energy with precision. His body flew here and there with the attack of Cannonball and Amazon, but it was not damaged even a little bit.
"You're outmatched, Tennyson. Your defiance is commendable but futile," Sinister taunted.
Sharky, glowing with absorbed energy, calmly responded, "I've faced tougher odds. Your team doesn't scare me."
The onslaught continued, the air crackling with energy as Sharky absorbed each attack. Dark Beast cackled, "Your resilience is impressive, but we have more tricks up our sleeves."
Dark Beast's scientific prowess was countered by Sharky's defensive capabilities, while the combined optic blasts of Cyclops and Havok were absorbed seamlessly.
The battlefield became a symphony of powers and counterpowers, a dance of energy and strategy. As the clash continued, Sharky Tennyson faced the Elite Mutant Force, determined to halt Mr. Sinister's destructive plans and protect those threatened by his malevolent schemes.
Cyclops added, "You can't absorb everything, Tennyson! This is the power of mutants!"
Havok chimed in, "Resistance is pointless. Surrender now!"
Despite the overwhelming assault and taunts, Sharky remained stoic. The absorbed energy pulsed within Chromastone.
"No, you're wrong. I can absorb everything, and I will even send it back with more power!" Sharky declared, his body was glowing and it was turning in the color of a rainbow.
Sharky, standing firm, absorbed each attack without flinching. His crystalline form shimmered with the absorbed energies, creating an otherworldly display on the battlefield.
The Elite Mutant Force unleashed a relentless barrage of attacks, charging Sharky's power to its limits. Sharky, bathed in a radiant spectrum of colors, ascended into the air, his body pulsating with the gathered energy.
"What are you going to do?" Sinister, bewildered by the unforeseen transformation, questioned Sharky's intentions.
A confident grin played on Sharky's face. "You will see it," he replied, focusing the rainbow energy around him. With a sudden surge, Sharky activated Rainbow Generation.
A brilliant rainbow-colored beam shot forth from Sharky's eyes, surging towards Sinister. The potent energy tore through Sinister, and the villain began to evaporate under the intense onslaught of rainbow energy.
Sinister, realizing the futility of resistance, witnessed his own demise. Even his healing powers proved useless against the overwhelming force of Rainbow Generation. Attempts to teleport away only accelerated the process, as he continued to evaporate.
Realizing the inevitable, Sinister, in his fading moments, acknowledged his defeat. "Although you have killed me, I have considered this situation, and Vulcan will take revenge for me," he proclaimed, his words lingered briefly before he completely evaporated, leaving no trace behind, erased from the universe.
As the colors dispersed, Sharky descended from the sky, the rainbow glow fading from his body. The Elite Mutant Force, witnessing the demise of their leader, hesitated momentarily. The battle, which had raged with intensity, now hung in an eerie silence.
As the dust settled on the battlefield, the two opposing forces faced the aftermath of the intense clash. On one side, the X-Men, S.H.I.E.L.D., Fantastic Four, and Spider-Man regrouped, assessing the situation and tending to the wounded. The atmosphere was tense but filled with relief as the heroes found themselves victorious.
On the other side, the Elite Mutant Force, disoriented and recovering from the redirected assault, feared the consequences of their actions.
Dark Beast, Cyclops, Havok, Aurora, Northstar, Cannonball, and Amazon exchanged wary glances, uncertain of their fate.
Amidst the uncertainty, a sudden burst of energy heralded the arrival of a powerful figure. Vulcan, the long-lost brother to Summer and Alex. His arrival shifted the atmosphere as he descended with an air of determination. He descended onto the scene with an air of authority, towards Cyclops and Havok.
OUTER VOID
At the same time on the Outer Void, Oblivion and Death found some of Sharky's information.
"So, his first show of powers was when he killed the Apocalypse," Death mentioned, while seeing the first mutant Apocalypse, how easily he died in front of Sharky.
"Yes, and he already killed the Galactus, devourer of the planet, while taking the same powers of Galactus." Oblivion also recognised the great feat of Sharky.
"And then he was even able to kill Mephisto, it's really a great feat till now," Death continued the investigation, while also seeing when Sharky killed Thanos.
"And from here he gets the Interstellar Harley, and takes over the Cosmic Ghost Rider powers. It looks like we need to meet him." Oblivion comments, while showing interest in Sharky.
"But, where he comes from, and how much he has powers, we still don't know, and for knowing about it, we need to invite our other counterparts," Death said, while she mentioned the invitation to other of their siblings.
"I don't like them, but it's okay for this situation," Oblivion agreed, although he fought with the other siblings. But there is no problem in meeting for this situation.
UNIVERSE 1295
Havok and Cyclops, surprised by their brother's arrival, exchanged bewildered glances. The Elite Mutant Force, caught between relief and confusion, looked to Vulcan for guidance.
"Brothers," Vulcan said with a nod, his voice cutting through the lingering tension. "I received a message from Mr. Sinister. What happened here?"
Havok, still recovering, explained the events that transpired, detailing the clash with Mr. Sinister and the unexpected assistance from Sharky Tennyson. And about their situation of going to prison. Vulcan listened attentively.
"I see," Vulcan muttered, his gaze turning towards the recovering Elite Mutant Force. "It seems our family has faced a formidable foe. We'll deal with this together."
"Enough of this hesitation," Vulcan declared, his energy crackling around him. "We're mutants, and we don't bow to anyone."
The Elite Mutant Force, initially uncertain about their fate, now found a surge of confidence with Vulcan's arrival. Dark Beast, Cyclops, Havok, Aurora, Northstar, Cannonball, and Amazon stood with renewed vigor.
The X-Men, S.H.I.E.L.D., Fantastic Four, and Spider-Man tensed, unsure of Vulcan's intentions. The battlefield, once on the brink of a tentative resolution, now faced the unpredictable turn of Vulcan's aggressive stance.
Vulcan's gaze focused on the opposing forces and Sharky.
, "You thought this was over? We're just getting started."
Sharky looked at the Vulcan with a funny expression. "So you want to take revenge for Mr. Sinister, well try it," He calmly answered, ready to defeat him like others.
"Who is he?" Peter asked Jean Grey.
"Well, Vulcan was the forgotten third Summers brother," Jean began, her voice carrying the weight of a history known to few.
With a deep breath, Jean Grey, drawing on her telepathic abilities and knowledge from Professor Xavier, embarked on the task of unraveling the complex history of Vulcan. She continued, "When the parents of Scott and Alex Summers were kidnapped by the alien race Shi'ar, it was believed that Katherine Summers was pregnant at the time. Tragically, D'Ken, the Majestor of the Shi'ar Empire, seemingly killed Katherine and the unborn child."
"However," she paused for emphasis, "the child survived. Vulcan, as he would later be known, was aged to adolescence in an incubation accelerator and kept in captivity."
As the tense standoff unfolded, Jean Grey, a seasoned telepath, took a moment to address the puzzled expressions among the Fantastic Four and Spider-Man. Her eyes briefly met each one, a silent acknowledgment of the need for understanding.
"When Apocalypse and his Horsemen attacked the Shi'ar empire, that's when Vulcan's story took a dark turn," Jean continued, her words weaving a narrative of imprisonment and vengeance.
"Mr. Sinister, recognizing Vulcan's lineage through DNA, freed him from prison along with Deathbird," Jean explained, painting a picture of Sinister alliances. "With Apocalypse's blessings, Vulcan and Deathbird fell in love and were ready to be married."
Jean's tone grew somber as she detailed Vulcan's revenge on his mother's killer. "After the wedding, Vulcan took matters into his own hands. He killed D'Ken, shocking the entire Shi'ar Empire. By removing D'Ken's crown and proclaiming himself as the new Shi'ar Majestor, Vulcan changed the course of his own destiny."
The gravity of Vulcan's tumultuous history hung in the air as Jean Grey concluded her explanation, providing insight into the complex web of family, betrayal, and power that defined the forgotten brother of Scott and Alex Summers.
Jean Grey continued her narrative, revealing the dark chapters of Vulcan's alliance with Mr. Sinister and his aggressive actions against the Inhumans.
"With Mr. Sinister's influence, Vulcan extended his reach to the Inhumans," Jean explained, recounting the disrupted marriage of Crystal and Ronan the Accuser, a pivotal event intended to unite the Inhumans and Kree. The Imperial Guard and Shi'ar, under Vulcan's command, violently interrupted the ceremony.
Jean described the chaos that unfolded, with Gladiator leading the assault on the Kree. "Gladiator defeated Black Bolt with some assistance from White Noise, and Empress Lilandra was taken captive during the battle."
Crystal, under attack, found an unexpected ally in Ronan. "Despite Ronan's efforts, he fell victim to a double team by the Imperial Guard," Jean added, portraying the escalating conflict.
"Medusa vowed that the Shi'ar would pay for their actions, marking the beginning of the Shi'ar-Kree war," Jean continued, her voice carrying the weight of impending consequences.
Amidst the turmoil, a surprising twist unfolded. "As Gladiator went to deliver Lilandra to Emperor Vulcan, his loyalty unexpectedly shifted," Jean revealed, describing Gladiator's betrayal of Vulcan and his newfound allegiance to Lilandra.
As Jean Grey continued her exposition, weaving the intricate tapestry of Vulcan's actions, the Fantastic Four and Peter Parker exchanged glances, their faces etched with a mixture of curiosity and concern.
"In the aftermath of the Imperial Guard's assault on the Kree, Hala was left in chaos," Jean narrated, describing the repercussions of the Shi'ar attack on the Kree homeworld. Medusa's efforts to restore order among the Kree were met with questions and unrest.
Reed Richards, with a furrowed brow, interjected, "How did the Inhumans respond to this? And what about the Kree who were affected by the Shi'ar attack?"
Jean acknowledged the inquiries, "The Inhuman Royal Family took action, preparing eco-weapons for a counter-offensive. The Kree, devastated by the attack, launched sentries with the power of Black Bolt to retaliate."
Peter Parker, ever the inquisitive photographer, questioned, "Did this counter-attack succeed? And what about the stolen information from the Shi'ar ship?"
Jean continued, "The Kree counter-attack obliterated the Shi'ar warships. The Starjammers and Inhuman Elite successfully infiltrated a Shi'ar ship, extracting crucial information about Lilandra's location from the datasphere."
Johnny Storm chimed in, "So, where does Vulcan stand in all of this? What's his next move?"
With a gravitas in her voice, Jean concluded, "Upon learning of the counter-attack, Vulcan's rage intensified. He vowed to exterminate the Inhumans, the Kree, and their allies, starting with Lilandra."
The room fell into a thoughtful silence as the weight of the unfolding galactic conflict settled upon the shoulders of those who now comprehended the intricacies of Vulcan's vendetta.
"With Gladiator now siding with Lilandra instead of Vulcan, the Shi'ar lost a powerful ally," Jean explained, drawing the attention of the attentive audience. Spider-Man, ever the witty commentator, quipped, "So, Gladiator changed his allegiance quicker than I can swing between buildings. What's next?"
Jean continued, detailing Lilandra's proclamation upon returning to power. Sue Storm inquired, "How did the Shi'ar people react to Lilandra taking control again? It sounds like there was quite a divide among them."
Jean acknowledged the question, "Indeed, Lilandra's return stirred mixed emotions. Some were happy to see her back, while others, loyal to Emperor Vulcan, felt angered and betrayed."Lilandra
Jean continued, "Lilandra and the Starjammers proceeded to the temple in order to renew her oath. However, they were confronted by the Death Commandos. They fought, though once the dust had cleared, Lilandra was seen laying in the arms of Gladiator seemingly dead after having been shot by another Raptor."
She continues "Vulcan was delighted to hear the news about Lilandra's death. He celebrated until Admiral Ka'ardum reminded him of the need for a peace treaty with the Inhumans and Kree to resolve the internal conflicts within the Shi'ar Empire."
The room fell into a contemplative hush, the complex political landscape of the Shi'ar Empire unfolding like a cosmic drama before the Fantastic Four and Spider-Man.
Jean Grey continued her narrative, "Meanwhile, the Inhumans launched the T-Bomb which Terrigen made into a weapon."
Jean clarified, "The T-Bomb, powered by Black Bolt's voice, needed his presence to function as a weapon. Black Bolt chose to stay inside and sacrifice himself to bring an end to the war between the Shi'ar and Kree. Vulcan flew through the Inhuman sentries and broke into the bomb where Black Bolt was."
Jean continued, recounting the fierce battle within the T-Bomb. "The fight continued, with Vulcan gaining the upper hand and mocking Black Bolt."
Sue Storm, her concern evident, asked, "What happened next?"
"As Vulcan was about to deliver the finishing blow to Black Bolt, the unexpected happened," Jean narrated, eyes focused on her audience. Spider-Man leaned forward, eager for the twist, and asked, "What happened? Did Black Bolt have a last-minute trick up his sleeve?"
Jean nodded, "Indeed, he did. Black Bolt unleashed the power of his voice, shouting at Vulcan before he could strike. The sheer force of Black Bolt's scream seemed to overpower Vulcan, seemingly killing him."
Jean continued, "Crystal and Lockjaw rushed to save Black Bolt from the aftermath of the battle. However, their escape was cut short."
Reed Richards, ever analytical, inquired, "What happened during their teleportation attempt?"
"Before they could teleport away from the T-Bomb, Vulcan, to everyone's surprise, launched a counterattack. He had the ability to rebuild himself with his formidable power, proving that the battle was far from over," She explained.
Jean concluded, "Vulcan was about to finish off Black Bolt. But in a surprising twist, Black Bolt unleashed a powerful blast that set off the T-Bomb, causing a massive explosion. The force was so immense that it blew a hole in space and time, leaving the fate of those involved hanging in the balance."
Jean Grey continued her account, delving into the aftermath of the cataclysmic events that unfolded in the War of Kings and the emergence of The Fault. The Fantastic Four and Spider-Man, now engrossed in the cosmic saga, listened as the story took a darker turn on Earth.
"After the war of Kings concluded, both Black Bolt and Vulcan were believed to be dead, and The Fault was born—a rift in space and time," Jean narrated, setting the stage for the subsequent events.
Reed Richards, his mind grappling with the cosmic implications, questioned, "So, what happened after The Fault was created. So how can Vulcan be present in front of us?"
Jean continued, revealing the unexpected twist, "Contrary to belief, Vulcan survived. Mr. Sinister intervened, saving him and bringing him to Earth. With the Summers brothers gathering, they took control of a Breeding Pen."
