Super Ultron shifted the display to the Big House prison.
Ant-Man was engaged in a conversation with the Mad Thinker. But then the malfunctioning of the security systems happened, which was created by Whirlwind.
And many Criminals were escaped from there to the Helicarrier. And started launching an attack on S.H.I.E.L.D. agents.
Grey Gargoyle, Whirlwind, and Constrictor were also involved there.
Maria Hill and Wasp started fighting back against the escaping criminals.
Meanwhile, Ant-Man was assaulted by Mandrill and King Cobra.
On another front, Red Ghost approached two Ultron units (Ultron units is the robot, which was created by Hank Pym).
The magnetic force wielded by Peotor lifted one Ultron unit, while Miklho mercilessly smashed the other.
On the deck of the Helicarrier, Nick Fury tried to control the deteriorating situation. However, his efforts were interrupted by the arrival of Clay Quartermain.
Quartermain informed Fury that the three prisons were broken. And all the criminals had already escaped from there.
Inside the Helicarrier, Maria Hill urgently reported the crisis within the prisons.
Nick Fury's started thinking about the last prison - the Raft. "Go and check, the Raft's situation is okay or not."
However, as the Helicarrier descended towards the ocean below, it was struck, and the colossal aircraft crashed into the water.
In the chaos, Ant-Man found himself falling towards the ocean's surface. But before he falls into the ocean, the Wasp appears there, catching him mid-fall and saving him.
Meanwhile inside the Raft, in between chaos, Purple Man escaped from there. Graviton also managed to free himself. And Baron Zemo saw them escaping away.
Nick Fury arrived at the top of the Raft, to see what disturbance was going on. He found Graviton was already freed.
"Abort the mission, abort the mission, and quickly escape from here," Fury shouted to his agents after realising the threat.
Even Fury was ready to escape away from there, but Graviton, using his gravity powers, easily caught him. And pulled him towards himself.
Fury took out a gun, to save himself. But Graviton easily threw aside the gun from Fury's hands.
"Fury, you have done the wrong by imprisoning me, now I am going to crush you," Graviton shouted looking at Fury. He even started using his powers to crush Fury's bones.
Meanwhile on the other side of New York, Thor was on a date with Jane Foster. However, suddenly something happened there, and Thor was thrown away to an unknown place.
And then Thor arrived at the same place, where Graviton was torturing Fury. And seeing Thor arrive, Graviton loses his control on Fury, causing him to fall down.
Even Raft crashed on the ground. But before Fury collided on the ground, Wasp appeared there and caught him.
Graviton and Thor were ready to clash against each other.
Meanwhile, somewhere Iron Man Mark VI, battered and bruised, crash-landed in a crop field. But, Tony quickly equipped advanced Mark VII armor, ready to fight against the villains.
"Fury, who is this guy?" Hank asked, looking at the Graviton, because they have not any data of him.
"He is Franklin Hall," Fury said, but he didn't explain more than this.
Thor with his Mjölnir jumped towards Graviton to fight him. But before he collided with Graviton. Graviton easily controlled him by his powers, and threw him inside the depths of the ocean.
After solving the Thor, Graviton shifted his attention to Nick Fury, utilizing his abilities he quickly threw the Wasp.
Iron Man also arrived there, and ambushed the Graviton, and initiated a scan to understand his extent of powers.
However, Graviton easily seized Iron Man, and threw him away into the vastness of space.
Ant-Man, seeing the scene, activated his belt, and this time instead of becoming small, he became a Giant Man.
To catch the Graviton, Giant Man extended his hand, but Graviton easily evaded it.
And by seeing a chance he caught the Fury, to bring the S.H.I.E.L.D. leader to his knees. To his surprise, this Fury was just a life model decoy. The real Fury had concealed himself behind containers, observing the scene.
Seeing this, Fury was just a decoy, to find the real Fury, Graviton, lifted a container. But just at the time, Thor appeared from the ocean, and used his Mjölnir to hit the throat of Graviton. Making him fall beside.
Meanwhile in space, after controlling himself, Iron Man soared toward the Earth, where Graviton and Thor were fighting each other.
And after arriving there, he fired unibeam, making Graviton stay on the ground.
And at the same time Hulk also appeared there, and he punched Graviton, flew him away near the harbor.
Wasp and Giant Man were also prepared to fight against the Graviton.
Hulk was continuously fighting against the Graviton. Ant-Man, seeing this chance, threw a red ant, which bit Graviton's neck.
Wasp, Hulk, and Thor also attacked together Graviton. And their combined attack left the Graviton exhausted. And before he controls himself, Wasp delivers the finishing blow with a sting, causing Graviton to fall into a state of unconsciousness.
"Hurray, we have won the fight! Why not celebrate it?" Thor shouted looking at the Graviton who had become unconscious.
However, before anyone replied, one of the S.H.I.E.L.D. agents appeared there and said, "We need to capture the Hulk."
"No, you will not," Iron Man steps forward to defend the Hulk. And the others also appeared to defend him.
Fury, seeing the scene, commands his agent to "Stand away."
Turning his attention to the assembled superheroes, Fury reveals the grave news, "Seventy-four supervillains have escaped."
Iron Man asked, looking at Fury, "How did it happen?"
Nick Fury responded, "I don't know why it happened, but why don't you all consider joining S.H.I.E.L.D.?"
However, Ant-Man quickly voiced a pointed accusation. "Fury, it's because of your desires that you created Graviton. So, never think about us joining your team."
Tony Stark also expressed his opinion, "Although we can join the S.H.I.E.L.D. But, one thing is correct – we need to work as a team. Together, we have a chance. What we did here can change things. The world needs us, but not as S.H.I.E.L.D. agents – as a team of our own."
"Together, we can avenge the wrongs caused by all these villains," he declares.
Wasp nodded to him, and said, "We can be Avengers!"
"Hmm, that's a good name," Hulk grins, appreciating the name.
Meanwhile, Clay Quartermain gave his reports to Fury, "Sir, Graviton was not the only one who caused the breakout."
Fury, with a furrowed brow, wonders aloud, "Then who caused it?"
Ben, seeing all of this, remarked, "So, in the end, they've formed the Avengers. This is going to be interesting."

As the next day passed, Ben again resumed his routine, to see the adventure of the newly formed Avengers team.
Somewhere, when the Mandrill was trying to steal something. But before he succeeded, Wasp appeared there.
"Mandrill, surrender yourself?" She shouted looking at him.
"Huh, if you can catch me," Mandrill scoffs at her, and is ready to fly away from there.
But before he was ready to fly away, he noticed Iron Man, Thor, Ant-Man, and the Hulk arrived there.
Iron Man looking at the Mandrill said, "One down, seventy-three to go."
Meanwhile, on a cargo ship at the dock, Black Panther was engaged in a fight with a group of sailors, who were aiming to capture him.
However, the sailors were no match for the Black Panther. Black Panther after knocking them out, he leaped off from the ship, and disappeared into the city of Manhattan.
Inside the designated location for the Avengers Mansion, Pepper Potts noticed the Hulk arrived there.
After everyone arrived there. Iron Man guided them on a tour of their new headquarters. Pepper distributes them the Avenger ID cards.
"So, let's begin the meeting," Tony said to everyone.
"First, what do we need to do?" Wasp asked, looking at him.
"Before capturing the criminals, we need super-prisons. Although Big House was destroyed, my close associate Reed Richards of the Fantastic Four is diligently working on constructing the Negative Zone prison to house the remaining escapees." Tony explained them.
After some others talked, the meeting ended.
"Ok, I am going to perfect the prototype Ultron head," Hank said, excusing himself from there.
"Hank, but I am going to live in the Avengers Mansion, where Thor and Hulk have already taken up residence. Not in the penthouse apartment," Jan makes her decision.
"Why?" Hank asked, looking at her.
"Because Hank, Firemen sleep in the firehouse." Jan explained.
