The City of Angles is planetary grade interstaller fortress built in space with the most advanced angelic technology by Hua ke Hua Ye's father to show off angels dominance over angel nebula
While Hua Ye was fighting with Baser civilization Augustin Kesha's father lunched a rebellion with his old comrades.
Kesha's father Augustin was a veteran general under King Huake who helped him conquer the Angel nebula.
But later it was because he resisted Hua Ye in establishing Havenly palace order he was removed by Hua Ye with many other Old generals and ministers
Because Augustin was a 1st generation divine body and a general killing him will lead to roit in the army Hua Ye didn't kill him
Later when his wife's lifespan was ending he asked for genetic resources based on merit over the years but Hua Ye dismissed it which chilled his and other generals hearts so hated and feared Hua Ye
So when they saw the power of the super genes given by Ainseed they were eger for it but because Ainseed has only given female genes not male so they weren't able to implant it now that Ainseed has given the male genes they implanted it quickly
They immediately felt the power of the holy genes. Not only were they almost twice as stronger than before but they were much more peacefull then before and they felt fulfilled .
The rebellion went very smoothly partly because Hua Ye's main combat power was at the war with Baser civilization
Hua Ye has not fully controlled the City of angels
After they controlled the City of angels they immediately shut off the Dark plane communication chanel between the City of angels and Hua Ye's army
When Hua Ye learned about the rebellion of Augustin and the others 6 months had already passed
"What did you say" Hua Ye roared in anger
"My….my lord general Augustin and the others have rebelled and controlled the City of angels" The soldier who was delivering the news trembled
"Old man I kept you alive but I didn't think you wouldn't appreciate it" Hua Ye said with cruelty in his voice
" My lord we have to defeat the Baser civilization first then we can deal with the traitors with full might" Sumali who was behind Hua Ye suggested
Now they have almost defeated the Baser civilization if they return to attack the city of angels now they might face the pincer of Baser civilization and the rebeled angels making them more passive

Now that Baser civilization is almost destroyed they have to destroy them first to safely attack the city of angels

The reason the male angels rebelled partly because their genetic loyalty was towards Huake not Hua Ye . Also towards angelic civilization and Ainseed was also an Angel to be precise Angel ancestor
When they saw Hua Ye bringing the angelic civilization towards downsizing and not acknowledging their merit they went towards Ainseed
Ainseed also went around showing his face to female angels in Merlot planet and to the male angels in the city of angels after all although they will not betray him. It will be inevitable that the moral is low if they haven't seen their monarch they are loyal to even once
