Orpheus and the archers went back to meet up with the others, but before going, Orpheus dug a grave for his younger sibling and gave him a last respect. His face was dark and cold, he went straight up to meet the commander to discuss something with him.
"Sire, I think we have to change our motives against these Kaijus, rather than kill them off, why don't we control them and make them part of the army". He suggested.
"What makes you think we are going to succeed after so many years of failures, killing them off will put off weight from our backs". The troll commander said.
"If I succeed in controlling these beast, will they be put to use against Zenobios". Orpheus asked again.
"That decision is for the king, moreover I still concede with killing them off, this freaks of nature are not supposed to exist in the first place, vanquishing them would restore balance to this forsaken world ". The commander said.
"More reason we should have control over them, we can use them against Zenobios and his armies. Whatever we do to them thereafter will depend on the majority, I beg of you commander please, let me try ". Orpheus pleaded.
With gritting teeth, he looked at the soliders who were risking their lives fighting the Titans, he was deliberating on what to do. Orpheus looked at the commander intently, without question, the commander has a bad experience with the Kaijus, all he wants to see of them is their deaths.
Orpheus could only imagine what tragedy the Titans have caused for him, he wouldn't be surprised if he declined the suggestion, a lot of people of the magical nation loathes the Kaijus to the bone marrow, they have caused a lot of mayhem throughout the world, what they seek is their destruction and imminent deaths.
"Fine, you can try but only once, even though we know it's Zenobios that is controlling them but the fact still remains that they caused a lot of pandemonium, even if we get control over them, the fear would still remain, will you be ready for any backlash that comes after this?". The commander asked.
"Yes sire, I detest Zenobios as much as anyone else, using his handiwork against him would be a satisfying vengeance ". Orpheus replied.
"Alright, if you are up for it, go, if not, we will continue with our original plan". The commander said and rejoined the fight.
Orpheus smiled then he gathered together scholars and wizards to tell them of the new development. The talisman meant to eradicate the Titans was reviewed and a little addition of trigrams was made.
For the first time in three years, the talisman glowed, which is a sign of success. The scholars were elated with this, but the talisman success was not the only thing that developed, Orpheus changed radically.
Orpheus body was glowing red. A beautifully colored gown was shrouded on him, runes of basic literations were inscribed on his clothing, his face was painted with a black colored tattoo that shimmered lowly in red and extends to his neck and the remainder of his body.
Around his body, inscriptions of holographic runes was swirling around him from the ground. Throughout his entire body, red glow enveloped him, his hair became disheveled and it looks as if they were floating.
Like the rest of the Wizarding five, he too has a staff, the staff was a very polished wood that has an aquamarine colored gem fitted on it. The gem was a sculpture of two giant leaves intertwined with a raging dragon through vines.
Orpheus was mesmerized as he looked at himself, he has finally gotten what he has been missing for so long. Serious determination was what he needs to awaken not lust for vengeance. While he was determined to stop his father from hurting the fairies of Fiilar, he wasn't doing so with enough conviction, but now, things have changed.
"Wow!". The other scholars and wizards were applauded, "he looks just like lord Igor, Count Larmore, lady Seraph and lady Barbara". They said.
"Hahahaha! I've awakened my Saiyan mode too hahahaha". Orpheus laughed out loud.
"Okay, let's get back to business, take as many talisman as you can, make sure to strap it on the bodies of the Kaijus". Orpheus said.
The scholars listened to him and took the talismans, Orpheus also took as many as he can, flew amongst the Titans and the fighters and placed talismans on the bodies of the Titans. Unexpectedly, majority of the Kaijus that have talisman on them fell to the ground.
The commander, the squad three and the archers were stunned, not only by the event of the Titans but also because of Orpheus glowing body. He looks just like the rest of the Wizarding five.
They stared at him and also the fallen titans, stunned but also confused— well, save for the commander who has some idea about the fallen titans but was still in surprise about Orpheus.
All in all, the members of the first platoon start to rejoice, this is their first decisive victory against the Titans, they cheered and threw their weapons up in celebration
Suddenly, the fallen Kaijus regained consciousness and stood, they looked at their surroundings like lost puppies. The first platoon members were shocked, they thought the Kaijus were dead because of the talismans, they start to prepare for another fight, it seems the talisman have failed.
"We are sorry for all the pains we have caused to you, though we were manipulated by an evil scoundrel, it doesn't do away with the fact that we caused a lot of mayhem's, please forgive us ". A behemoth said in a loud raspy voice.
Everyone in the first platoon were more than shocked, they just witnessed a jaw dropping twist of event, they dropped their weapons in full shock.
"Yes, we know our transgressions, we will do whatever it takes to make up for it ". An Hydra said.
Another banger.
"Th. Th.. they can talk!!!". A goblin screamed.
