Chapter 187 - Snarls and growls
The area—covered my black mist, could be likened for a really large town that was immediately abandoned once the thick cloud of black mist appeared.
As for the black mist, no one knew why it had appeared. But according to legends, or probably rumors, it was said that a Spellcaster whose only child was killed by certain people that lived in the town with her, had casted a ruthless spell upon the land, with the intention of killing everyone since the child she doted upon had been murdered. And since it was a spell that she used her life to power, the town became engulfed with clouds that exuded really a high level of resentment for all living things. So, anyone that approached was a risk of losing his or her life.
