Seated at the verandah with Lorrena, Nailah, and Lylla, Maxmillan said, looking up at the night sky with a smile on his face, "Look at it. So beautiful."
"Yes, it's beautiful. Just like all of us gathered here." Lorrena said, complimenting everyone around her, including herself.
Maxmillan grinned and said, "One day, I will develop the power to travel through the stars, visiting uncharted and unprecedented realms that abound up there."
"Wow. That's some really fat goal." Lylla said and cackled.
She then spoke further by asking, "Wanna become a god right? One who would look down on us puny beings from the sky or void?"
Maxmillan cackled and shook his head.
"Not what I meant. I mean, what if there are many other realms out there that many of us, let's say ninety-nine percent haven't ventured into?" He asked, his eyes glowing as he gazed at their faces etched with deep puzzlement.
