Final round II
The next match was between Shino and Zaku from the hidden sound.
It was a quick match. Shino defeated the sound shinobi exactly like how he had defeated his teammate in the preliminary matches.
Either they are dumb or extremely arrogant.
It was a boring match.
The next match was between Sasuke and Sakura.
Both the friends with certain benefits went to the arena.
From my mental connection, I knew that they were fucking in the washroom during my match.
But I wasn't angry. As long as there love making does not affect their matches I was not going to say anything to them.
The match was very interesting. Sakura has trained hard. She really wanted to prove herself to Sasuke that she was more than just a bed warmer.
Her bastardise version of Tsunade's super strength was one thing. But she was even able to increase her speed tremendously with the help of chakra control. A feet that is even Tsunade wasn't able to achieve.
This shows that circular is not a trash character. But her potential was destroyed by her desire of Sasuke's cock.
She was matching Sasuke with speed and her punches and kicks were preventing Sasuke from engaging her in close combat.
And that's where the problem lied.
Sakura had no proper taijutsu style except for the academy.
And Kakashi has focused on her as a medic nin but not a combat type. So he hadn't introduced her to a proper style either. And that's where Sasuke gained upper hand. He has mastered multiple taijutsu styles. And not to mention he has more experience fighting opponents faster than him, me.
So facing an opponent whose speed is similar to him, he didn't panic. Of course he didn't try to block even a single attack of Sakura after seeing her first attack miss him and hit the tree behind him. He knew that if he got hit by one of those punches or kicks, then the broken bones were the last thing he should be worried about.
That's why he is skillfully dodged every attack of Sakura.
Sakura was not very professionnt with any elemental type or offensive ninjutsu. So sarson ke good have taken advantage of that and ended the match very quickly. But he didn't. He wanted to win the match with taijutsu only. His Pride didn't allow him to give up and use ninjutsu or genjutsu on an opponent who he see inferior to him. But there is also another reason Sasuke was not pushing himself to the limits. He knew that if he wanted, he could go faster. He has done specific training for Speed wearing weights and resistant seals. He has taken of them during this fight. So he could go faster if he tried a little harder. But deep down he too wanted to see the potential and capabilities of his friend. He has considered about his life so far. And he too wanted a family someday. This was just his way of giving a chance to the mother of his future children to prove herself.
And Sakura had the exact same line of thought. She wanted him to use ninjutsu or genjutsu to defeat her. That's why she attacked relentlessly. Even though she didn't have much experience like Sasuke neither a good style in taijutsu, she refused to give up. Using her analytical mind knowledge of taijutsu techniques she had read from the library Sakura was trying his best to force Sasuke to use ninjutsu.
I knew about this because of my mental connection of absolute domination with them.
The crowd was cheering very loudly. For the normal people it was a very good fight. A fight that is barely visible to the naked eye of normal people. But the occasional explosions at the sign that the fight is still going on.
Sakura was pushing herself to her limits. Her chakra reserves have grown in last few months. But it was still far away from Sasuke.
When I thought that Sakura was reaching her limits, her determination strengthened even more.
Then it happened. Sakura created two clones even though she knew that Sasuke could see them with his sharingan. I stopped myself from connecting to Sakura mentally. I wanted to see what happens next.
As expected Sasuke ignored the clones and focused on the main body of Sakura.
And it seems that that's exactly what Sakura wanted.
Just as Sasuke closed the distance between Sakura and himself, she pulled a substitution with a clone behind Sasuke. And it was clear that she has practiced this move thoroughly. It was seamless and instantaneous. Not to mention the chakra fluctuation was bare minimum.
Sasuke was caught off-guard. She was fast. There was no chance of dodging that attack. And from the amount of chakra Sakura has infused in that punch, if Sasuke tried to block it then it will definitely break his arm.
Just as her punch was about to land on Sasuke's chest, Sasuke turn his head and for a brief moment, there eyes met. But that was enough time for Sasuke to use genjutsu and stop Sakura.
There was acknowledgement in his heart for Sakura.
It was a good fight.
The crowd cheerred when the proctor declared Sasuke as the winner.

The next match was between Sasuke and Choji.
Choji has gotten a free pass in the preliminary round.
But here he lost immediately as soon as the match started. Sasuke just pulled him into a genjutsu and put a kunai on his throat.
It was really embarrassing for the team ten. All of them lost to their opponents for one reason or another.
There was a 15 minutes of break before the start of the second round. So I went to mom who has came to the shinobi lounge during the break. I didn't eant them to declare about our relationship in public in front of every people. But that didn't mean I didn't want to go near her. Mom had brought me some snacks and drinks. We chatted for a while when the time finally ended. So I went towards the arena. When I was crossing the jonin lounge, I saw Kakashi from the corner of my eyes. He has almost recovered. His nose was still bandaged. But except from that everything else was fine.
"Are both of you ready ?"
As the proctor saw us nodding, he declared.
"Then the first match of the second round.....
Begin !"
