Hades, the devildom ruled by a legendary grade devil King Leviathan, is rumoured to be the most fearsome kingdom.
Leviathan is respected here as both a father and a king by all the devils in this realm. As a symbol of their unwavering loyalty, they wear a hangman's knots around their necks. It is true that, every devil here is ready to sacrifice their life the day when King Leviathan perishes.
Hades is nestled in the mountainous terrain, unfolds its tale in the 18th century.
The palace stands within walking distance of Lavender Town, a quaint human village, and a dense forested area.
The residents of Lavender Town avoided entering Hades' territory, wary of the ruthless devils that dwelled within.
They claimed that the ruler of Hades possesses antler-like horns with a radiant silver chain draped across his horn.
The value of his horn and chain is worth greater than an entire human lifespan. His eyes, said to be silver and rose gold, believed to have a symbol within them.
Foras, Barbatos, and Glasyalabolas, are all special-grade devils. They worked along the ruler helping to safeguard Hades from other sorcerers.
Foras has pink hair and shiny horns, adorned with a chain draped across his horn, reminiscent of the ruler. Barbatos is characterized by yellow, curly hair and striking golden and red eyes.
In contrast, Glasyalabolas possesses black hair and formidable chain horns, expressing a face of exceptional beauty.
However, he stands as the one devil everyone avoids.
Foras and Glasyalabolas often quarrel over minor problems. Barbatos play the role of a mother, stepping in to stop their quarrel. Leviathan would simply shake his head and return to sleep in his coffin bed.
Despite their occasional conflicts, the four devils maintained a wonderful friendship.
Despite the humans' hatred for Hades, the devildom had been observing the safety and the generational growth of Lavender Town throughout many centuries.
In Lavender Town, there is a 24 year old girl named Harumi, she owns her own tailor shop. She has long hybrid brownish-pink long hair and bright gold eyes.
Her aspiration is to discover the most beautiful cloth in the world one day.
Although her origin remains unknown, she is always happy interacting with her customers. Harumi lives in a small house near the woods, and her everyday life is peaceful.
However, one fateful night, a legendary-grade devil named Vexilus appeared.
He cast a hypnotising veil over Hades, affecting all devils except Leviathan.
Vexilus's intention was to usurp the king's throne.
Vexilus has a flaming wine-red phoenix eyes with white eyelashes to match his silky untied long white hair, a red star crescent on his forehead, reddish-grey goat-like horns, and lastly, he possesses a majestic face and body in a suit.
Leviathan awoke from his instincts and hastily made his way towards the main court.
Upon arrival, he witnessed all of his devils suspended in the high lofty ceiling, their eyes vacant and hollow. From behind, a voice spoke, "Do you like what you're seeing? This is magical, isn't it?"
Vexilus remarked and grinned. Leviathan unleashed his power, but Vexilus sent Barbatos forward as his shield, resulting in harm to Barbatos instead.
"Words of advice, Just surrender," Vexilus declared furiously. With little time to react, Leviathan had no choice but to obey. Vexilus beheaded Leviathan when he froze his tracks.
Vexilus dispose his body towards the village.
He proceeds to carry on his life as the new king of Hades.
