Her hair was as dark as the abyss of a nightmare. Her brown eyes were dull, like blank pages in a new sketchbook. As she stared out the window of her classroom with an empty mind, her history teacher continued with her lecture. Suddenly, a student raised their hand and shouted, "Miss Widiker, does that mean the Russian Revolution happened on March 8th, 1917?" Miss Widiker turned around to acknowledge the student's question and replied with satisfaction knowing that someone was listening to her lectures.
Upon scanning the classroom quickly, Miss Zhou stood out since she was sleeping at her desk while everyone else paid attention to class. Miss Widiker lowered her head and let out a long sigh before walking towards Shirumi Zhou's seat. "Miss Zhou...Please wake up and pay attention to my lesson," said Miss Widiker in a disgruntled tone of voice.
Shirumi woke up due to constant shaking from Miss Widiker trying to get her attention but avoided eye contact after seeing how displeased her teacher looked at this behavior for it had become quite common lately for Shirumi's sleepiness during classes.
"Miss Zhou this is the fourth time you have fallen asleep in my class." She looked solemnly at Shirumi who whispered back apologetically "I am sorry." Lowering down again feeling quite disheartened by what has been happening lately among students' attentiveness levels during lessons taught by teachers such as herself or others who try their best without any success sometimes.
The bell rang signaling that it was time for homework which caused groans from all around until they heard what it actually entailed- researching about The Russian Revolution- causing them all to listen attentively once more before packing up their things readying themselves for next period when suddenly someone touched Shirumi's shoulder making flinch slightly before realizing it was only Ms.Widiker left alone without asking any questions regarding why she slept through yet another lesson instead just letting go off everything keeping within herself those thoughts not wanting anyone else involved nor concerned about these issues plaguing one too many students across different schools nowadays especially hers where kids seemed most affected than anywhere else because of various reasons unknown even till now...
In math class later that day Mr. Helton noticed Shirumi dozing off again despite his efforts earlier telling everyone no sleeping allowed during his lessons today focusing on Profit & Loss subject matter which would be useful knowledge someday if learned properly enough so he decided enough was enough dropping his textbook loudly onto desk startling sleepyhead awake yelling "no sleeping allowed in class" catching other classmates' attention although none seemed surprised anymore given how often this happens among peers daily basis regardless grade level attending school systems worldwide somehow…
Shirumi tried hard staying focused but couldn't help drifting away into deep slumber again finding herself wandering aimlessly inside imaginary library filled books containing tragic stories characters struggling cope trauma events shaped personalities forevermore leaving indelible marks upon lives lived thereafter… One book stood out having cover showing child facing away parents pouting seemingly scolded something unwanted done perhaps? Unaware to her someone was quickly approaching her from behind her and by the looks of it they didn't seem to friendly with the strictly fierce. That was when she felt a sudden touched on her on the shoulder she jumped and in one swift move she span around and throw a punch at whatever was behind her the person had caught her hand mid air before it could hit them. "whoa no need for anyone to be defending themselves or starting a fight there" said a young female voice the way she said that you could hear the silky soothing and reassuring tone from her but Shirumi was not buying that sweet and soothing words "Who are you… where am I?" Shirumi said with a stern look on her face her somber eyes slowly looked the person up and down. "Who am I?" the female said in a low and taunting voice "just answer my damn question" Shirumi scowled as she pulled her hand from the female's grasp, the tension was high between Shirumi and this unknown female. In this situation it's important to communicate calmly and respectfully to avoid any dangerous situations. As for Shirumi's question of who the female is, perhaps she could introduce herself or give more context about their situation to make it clearer for Shirumi.
It seems that the identity of this female is a bit more complicated than initially thought. She claims to be a systematic version of Shirumi that lives within her mind. This could potentially mean that Shirumi is experiencing some sort of internal conflict or confusion. It may be helpful for her to further explore and understand this aspect of herself in order to find clarity and peace within her mind. "So you are saying that you are me" Shirumi asked letting how puzzled she was appear on her face "yes that is exactly what I am saying" the female answered.
