ANGELINA POV:
Even after Danzel had left, I kept thinking about him. My mind kept wandering to him, his eyes kept flashing in front of me. Jo didn't bother me. Peter had called, asking me whether I wanted a ride home but I denied it.
When my shift got over, I was more than happy to go home and rest. I grabbed my coat and walked out. And I saw him. He was standing next to the streetlight, waiting for me. As soon as he saw me watching him, he came towards me.
I stood there, looking at him in disbelief. I remember him walking out around four hours before. Did he seriously wait outside for four hours straight?
"What are you doing here?" I asked him. The cold air blew out of my mouth.
Danzel looked at me, "I want to talk to you."
"But I don't," I said, looking away.
"Listen, Angelina-"
"Don't call me that!" I interrupted. "I don't want to talk," I said and started walking.
I heard footsteps following me and I increased my speed.
