"F*cking time you called!" he yelled from the other side of the screen. I video-called him. He really looked tired.
"Who killed your cat? Why are you grumbling so much?" I said sitting down on my chair.
"Look, I got something to tell you."
"Spill!"
"Iâ€"I." he hesitated and then continued, "How long do you know Angelina? I mean since when?"
I frowned.
"Creed, what the f*ck are you talking about?"
"Just tell me, mate."
"I don't know. Not that much. Why do you ask? Is everything alright?"
"Actually when I was investigating about the Ace guy you told me about, I found out that Angelina and her family didn't actually live in L.A. or anywhere for that matter. She moved there a few years ago. I tried searching about her past life then I found out that she's from London. Born and brought up there but anyways, you know what's strange at the end?"
