Chapter 5 - Said by actions

They woke up due to the sunlight coming through the balcony glass door. Sallin was knocked out on the arm rest while he was sleeping on her leg, with tiny streams of drool still coming from his mouth.

She was the first person to wake up, and she woke him up by shaking her legs left and right to make him lose balance. "You need to get up and take a shower," she explained with worry, seeing the pizza in his hair.

He groaned and stretched, not knowing what she was talking about. But she didn't even give him a chance to process the situation, shoving him towards the tub in the bathroom. At first, he wasn't budging and wasn't trying to go where she was trying to take him, but once she stopped pushing him and turned on the shower for him, he was more comfortable with her.

Sallin patted his shoulder before heading out of the bathroom. A couple of minutes later, he came out of the living room with a towel instead of being clothed. At that time, she was in the kitchen, unaware that he was waiting for her attention.

He cleared his throat with a lot of aggression attached to it. She turned her head to the left, realizing he was there with no clothes.

"Well, while you're here, at least just eat with me," she said. As she was coming his way, she russled his newly washed, tight, curled hair. He didn't make a reaction but did grab an omelet off of the stove and settle on the floor.

Sallin came walking back to him with a graphic t-shirt of her favorite band, KISS. The shirt was a medium, a decent size for him. She squatted down next to him and handed him the shirt and his pants. "I couldn't find any pants for you, so I just ironed the khaki pants that you wore," she explained.

He took a moment and continued staring at her, then stuffed his face in with the last scoop of omelet. Before walking off into the bathroom, Sallin was amused by how short he was as he waddled off. He came back in the living room with a questioning face and said, "You know, you never really told me your name."

being in the middle of cleaning up their mess from yesterday. She didn't bother to stop what she was doing. Well, it's not like we're going to see each other again, plus, why would I give you my name if I don't even have yours?"

"Do you want to know my name?" He said, hoping she'd say yes. She finally got done cleaning up the floor and got up while responding, "No, not really."

He shook his head, trying to understand why this woman was so confusing to deal with. He had a woman put him down before, but this was a new level. He tried to stop the awkwardness by clearing his throat and fixing his hair, even though it did nothing.

Well, I'm going to head out now," he said to stop the awkwardness. Since he was already dressed and had eaten her breakfast, She asked him if he had a ride, and he reminded her that he is a pizza boy and came with a moped.

Right before opening the door to let him out, she checked the peephole to make sure the creep wasn't there. He watched her, questioned her, and said, "I'm sure the rude man is gone, miss?" She looked back at him, forgetting that he wasn't there when someone was trying to get into the apartment.

She opened the door for him after double-checking the halls too. He smiled, not having a clue what was going on in her head. The moment got away when she said, "Ok, you're allowed to go now."

He had a staring contest with her as he went out the door to enjoy the last view of her and tried his best not to smile. When she closed the door once he actually left the apartment, he shook his head to go back to his senses.
