The next day;
School ended pretty quickly. Me and the girls decided to head to the library not too far away from our school. We still needed to add the finishing touches to our yet to be concluded projects. Although we still had enough time before we presented it.
"Seriously Emily. I'm glad you didn't see what was written on the cake. You would have been so heartbroken." Tasha said.
"Why would I be sad about some icing mistake?" I asked for the third time in the library.
"Because it was horrible! It didn't even have a resemblance to your name! I seriously don't know what Carl told Kevin." Karla replied.
"But what if it wasn't Carl's fault?"
"Who's fault would it be then? He was the one who told Kevin what to tell the baker. Although maybe Kevin should I've done better too."
