In Megami's first life she died at age 26 after she used a spell she created to bind her true soul with her lover (Ayumu) true soul. She was killed by an arrow made to kill demi gods in an instant but she somehow stayed conscious for several minutes after. They shot her when she was weak.
Her second life ended with a deal made by her and the gods. The gods were scared she would come up there and massacre them for fun. She then went to her third life/World at the age of 57. She doesn't remember this time fondly so her brain blocks the memories most of the time but remembering the memories only need a small trigger.
In her third world she was betrayed by her class but also regained her first life memories. She took a 3 year break for some relaxation and improving her skills.
