The day passed, and the scene shifted to Seok jun, receiving treatment for the damage left by Jin Hwa's uppercut on his chin and head. Seok Jun, unable to accept the defeat, muttered, "Tsk, I can't believe I lost a barehanded fight. Just you wait; I'll beat you two to a pulp!"
In the classroom, Jin Hwa sat, observing from the window as Seok Jun gathered a group of 25 people, armed with various weapons, preparing for a confrontation.
...
As Jin Hwa observed Seok Jun and his group entering the school, he grinned with satisfaction, muttering, "Just as planned." Meanwhile, Ha Joon was on the rooftop, lighting a cigarette with his comrades. The door burst open, revealing Seok Jun and his armed followers. Ha Joon, initially unfazed, commented, "Woah, bringing a gang, huh?"
Seok Jun, without responding, glared angrily and ordered his underlings to attack Ha Joon. Thinking it was a one-on-one confrontation, Ha Joon realized he was outnumbered and thought, "Shit, I got cornered. I must call Jin Hwa!" However, before he could make the call, Ha Joon was overwhelmed, badly beaten, and desperately escaped to Jin Hwa's classroom.
Calling for help, Ha Joon pleaded with Jin Hwa, "Ji-Jin Hwa! Help me! Seok Jun beat me up! Fight for me, you're my friend, right?" To Ha Joon's shock, Jin Hwa grinned and replied, "I don't want to." Ha Joon, realizing he might have been used, felt betrayed. Seok Jun's subordinates caught up with Ha Joon, smashing his head and rendering him unconscious.
...
Jin Hwa, standing in the rooftop battleground, faced Seok Jun's challenge for a fair fight. The air crackled with tension as Seok Jun wielded a menacing machete, ready to bet it all.
"You can use a weapon now, it's not a barehanded fight anymore. You must bet your life!" Seok Jun declared, his eyes fixed on Jin Hwa.
Jin Hwa, unfazed, grinned confidently. "Are you sure you can bet your life?"
Seok Jun charged, slashing wildly with the machete. Jin Hwa, moving with uncanny agility, dodged each strike effortlessly. Summoning his glaive from thin air, he decided not to activate the famished blade skill, wanting a fair encounter.
The clash of blades echoed across the rooftop as the two engaged in a fierce duel. Jin Hwa attempted to pierce Seok Jun's defenses, aiming for his neck, but Seok Jun skillfully parried the attack, wearing a confident grin. Undeterred, Seok Jun retaliated, landing a successful slash on Jin Hwa's thighs.
"Tsk, got wounded a bit, but that's not a problem," Jin Hwa remarked, his determination unwavering. He continued to play with Seok Jun, dancing around him, until he decided he had had enough.
Frustrated, Jin Hwa activated the skill "Slumber, Timed Slow Down." Time seemed to dilate as Seok Jun found himself moving in slow motion. Jin Hwa, taking advantage of the altered pace, slashed at various body parts without targeting vital points.
The Slumber skill ended, leaving Seok Jun battered and hurt. The rooftop fell silent, the outcome of the duel evident. Lilith, disguised as a student named Rin, observed with detached interest, acknowledging the complexity of Jin Hwa's choices.
