"Daddy!" Small legs could be seen running toward Setsuna.
"Karina," Setsuna smiled brightly as he hugged Karina, who had come to his side. A small giggle escaped the little girl as she nestled into his embrace.
"Sister!" another voice called out to Karina.
"Oh no, they're here! Father, don't tell them I'm here!" Karina whispered as she hid from her sisters.
Two little girls then approached Setsuna.
"Father, have you seen where Sister Karina is?" asked Uchiha Izumi.
It had been a month since Izuna's wedding to his wife, Nezuko. As a fellow Uchiha, Setsuna felt happy with Izuna's decision to get married.
'Maybe Tobirama and Madara could also get married. Wouldn't it be nice if everyone just focused on their family instead of the glory of the clan?' thought Setsuna, remembering the past when he was just a normal neighborhood nerd. Now, he had become a father. No human being or alien could disrupt this peace.
"Do you really want to know where Sister Karina is?" asked Setsuna.
"Dad, tell us!" they both said. Karina, who was hiding, suddenly gulped. Would her father betray her?
"Oh, but you need to pay something."
"Pay? We don't have money."
"No need for money. Let Father tickle you. If you manage to hold on, then maybe I'll help you find her." Before they could agree, Setsuna's hands suddenly began tickling them.
"Hahahaha, Father, stop! Hahahaha!" His two daughters laughed uncontrollably. Karina, seeing her sisters being tickled by their father, suddenly revealed herself.
"Father, stop! Don't tickle them!" said Karina.
"Oh, my daughter Karina is here. Okay, I won't tickle them, instead, I'll tickle you!" Setsuna then turned to Karina and began tickling her too.
After a few moments, Akari arrived. "Husband, don't tickle your daughters," she said with a smile, looking at Setsuna. Hearing this, Setsuna stopped tickling them, but suddenly, his three daughters took revenge and started tickling him.
As a ninja, his pain tolerance was very high, so the tickling didn't affect him at all. But as a father, he had to act. "Daughters, please stop! Hahahahahaha!" Setsuna laughed.
Somewhere in secret training place...
"How is it, Izanami?" asked Setsuna.
"What is that, Setsuna-sensei?" replied Izanami, breathing heavily. "I saw my friend being killed."
"Don't worry, Izanami," said Kagami. "All of that was an illusion to awaken your eyes."
Izanami was confused. "Awaken my eyes?"
Her confusion stopped when Kagami handed her a mirror.
"Sharingan," Izanami said while looking at her reflection.
"In order to awaken the eyes, Uchiha need to stimulate their emotions, such as anger, sadness, anxiety, or excitement. So, I created the Fuinjutsu Sealing Virtual Reality, or FSVR, to help Uchiha experience these emotions. What you saw and the pain you felt were all illusions," explained Setsuna.
"Does this mean everyone can awaken the Sharingan?" asked Izanami.
"In theory, yes. Every Uchiha could awaken the Sharingan easily, but they must not know about the existence of this FSVR. They need to experience the emotions naturally. Knowing about the machine would reduce its intended effect," said Setsuna. "I'm sorry for showing you that terrible event."
"It's okay, Sensei. It's better this way because I didn't really lose them in real life," replied Izanami. She truly felt grateful, as the illusion she saw was a nightmare she hoped never to experience in real life again.
"What is your ability?" asked Setsuna.
"I think it's similar to the Body Flicker Technique," replied Izanami.
"Hmm, Body Flicker?" said Setsuna. "Please elaborate—or better yet, show us what it can do."
"Okay, Sensei," replied Izanami. Suddenly, her black eyes turned into the Mangekyou Sharingan, and she vanished from her spot.
"Isn't this—" started Kagami.
"Yes, this is a teleportation jutsu, almost the same as Senju Tobirama's Flying Thunder God," confirmed Setsuna.
Suddenly, Izanami reappeared.
"How was that, Sensei?" asked Izanami.
"Your jutsu is similar to Senju Tobirama's, where he uses fuinjutsu to teleport from point to point," said Setsuna. Then he asked, "Do both your eyes have the same ability?"
"No, only one eye can teleport me. The other eye acts like the Byakugan, but instead of seeing around me, it helps transfer a seal so I can teleport to it," said Izanami.
"So, your right eye functions as a teleportation jutsu, and your left eye can imprint a seal anywhere?" asked Setsuna.
"Yes," confirmed Izanami.
'Isn't she the most powerful ninja?' thought Setsuna. He remembered the original plot and how Minato became the strongest Hokage with the Hiraishin Jutsu.
'Now this fellow Uchiha can teleport anywhere without using a kunai. How powerful will she be in battle?' thought Setsuna, analyzing the power behind Izanami.
"One thing you need to know—don't abuse your eye's power. The Mangekyou Sharingan deteriorates each time we use its power," Setsuna warned his student Izanami.
"It will eventually cause blindness," confirmed Kagami. "But don't worry. When that happens, just come to me. My Mangekyou Sharingan can repair the cells in your eyes."
Setsuna and Kagami Meeting...
"Your friend is really scary," said Setsuna.
"Hmm, is it because of her ability?" asked Kagami.
"Yeah, her ability to teleport anywhere within a 100-meter radius is truly frightening. She can appear behind you and cut off your head without you even noticing," said Setsuna. "And it's not just that—she doesn't even need kunai like Senju Tobirama."
"Is teleportation jutsu really that scary?" asked Kagami.
"Yeah, it is. I once had a battle with Senju Tobirama and nearly got killed by him. It was all because of his speed and his ability to teleport using his kunai," said Setsuna, reminiscing about his past.
"I'm happy her ability is more powerful than mine," exclaimed Kagami.
"Hahaha, you really are a good friend. Some people would be jealous instead of happy," said Setsuna.
"Jealous?" Kagami was confused by Setsuna's explanation. "Why would they be jealous?"
"Hahaha, you're really naive, Kagami. Remember this: our lives are not just black and white; there are colors in between," explained Setsuna.
"I don't understand, Sensei," said Kagami.
"The older you get, the more you'll learn about human nature," Setsuna replied.
